The Space:
The Sooner Settle Lodge is so impressive from the second you walk through the doors. The tall wood lined vaulted ceilings, wood trim and open floor plan set the stage from what will be an exciting time. The fully stocked kitchen, open to the living room, will have the whole group engaged in the action. After a fulfilled day exploring all Branson has to offer, you'll love relaxing in the well decorated living area with soft furnishing watching a movie on the large living room TV. When it's time to retreat, the bedrooms leave nothing to be desired. All four bedrooms have quality king size beds with relaxing furnishings. Here is the best part.... all four bathrooms have luxurious jetted tubs as well! The bathrooms are large and extremely functional with standing showers. When it comes to relaxing and fun, The Sooner Settle Lodge has it all covered. Make sure to spend time on the front porch getting in some Ozark air and the large back porch, with seating and dining table, looking over the lake view to the southwest. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
All 4 bedrooms have king size beds, one of the bedrooms has an additional twin over twin bunk in it.
All bedrooms have bedside lighting, quality bedding and linens as well as TV's.
Additional sleeping upon request include - Queen size Air bed - Pak-N-Play (Make sure to bring Pak-n-play bedding)

INCLUSIONS
LIVING AREAS: TVs in every room, streaming capable - Cable - WIFI - Extra blankets and pillows - Full size washer and dryer - laundry soap, bleach, dryer sheets
KITCHEN - Kitchen is fully equipped for the cook in the group including: 12 cup coffee maker (Coffee grounds, filters provided) - Dish soap - Dishwasher pods - Trash liners - hot pads - everything needed - If we don't have it, I would be surprised!
BATHROOMS: Shampoo - Conditioner - Body wash - Make-up Wipes - Hand soap - Quality towels, hand towels, wash cloths - Hair dryer - bath matts
