Makai 113 is conveniently located on 42nd Street and the bayfront. Walk to the Convention Center, dining, shops and the beach. The building has two elevators serving all floors, an indoor pool, ground floor lounge with free internet access, fitness center and billiards room. Kitchen supplies a Keurig & drip coffee maker. Bed sizes include a queen, a pyramid bunk and a queen sleep sofa in the living area. Guest supplies bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. For your added convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the unit. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish. This property rents with check-in and out on Thursdays and Sundays in season, any 2 nights off season.
Remember the cleaning fee is always included. Unit 113 offers Netflix, Amazon Prime, Pandora, smart TV's in the living room and master bedroom, and 3 Blu-ray players. This owner offers a $50 discount on a weekly rental for our military guests.
Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Non-smoking/vaping unit, including balcony. No pets, please.

Our stay was perfect. The indoor pool was the kids favorite. The weather was ugly on day 1 but the pool made up for it until the weather cleared. The apartment was perfect the right amount of room & privacy for a family of 5

Cozy as described

Cozy condo with views of the bay - as advertised. Comfortable beds with a fully stocked kitchen. Just beware that there is no extra storage room in the kitchen. If you plan on cooking, be prepared to have your dry foods out on the counter. Also had a small ant problem. Noticed ants on the coffee table and around the sofa when we arrived. There was ant spray on-site so it was clearly a known issue. Not the condo owner's fault - but when we first checked in, the indoor pool was closed. Pool was the main reason we chose this building for the kids. The management office closes early so there was no way to contact them (5pm). That was frustrating but first thing in the morning, they made phone calls to track down the issue and responded to me in a timely mannor. Much appreciated. Overall, we would stay at this condo again

Family friendly

Great little condo for our family of 4. Unit was clean and well stocked. Easy access to the beach, crosswalk is just at the end of the parking lot - 5 min walk total. We will happily stay here again.

Adorable condo - not well cleaned

The condo is cute - well decorated, nice decor, etc. the location is perfect for walking to everything you need. Our stay started on a sour note
 the cleaning crew did a very poor job. There was a used towel left hanging on the guest bedroom door and trash or crumbs found on the floor in every room. The master bedroom quilt had stains on it, as did the master bedroom carpet. There was also a lighter and vape pen left under the master bed from the previous guests. Worst part - the entire condo smelled heavily of pipe smoke. We contacted Central Reservations who had someone remove the vape pen and help improve the smell while we went out for dinner. Her help was the only reason for the three star rating. Upon leaving, we had a hard time taking out the trash, as someone left trash all over the parking lot area where the dumpster was. This included an empty IV bag and needle. Unfortunately we wouldn’t stay again and couldn’t recommend this condo or building. I wish I could attach pictures, it was a pretty large disappointment.

Perfect location, slightly musty

The location was great, super central. Property and amenities were great. The only complaint was that the unit had a slight musty smell. All of the individuals who were allergic to mold had very mad reactions and trouble sleeping in the unit. It was worst in the room with no windows. Check in was great and they allowed us to check in 2 hours early. Unit was cleaned and had ample dishes for us to use. Great view from the deck.

So convenient!

Stayed here for a cheer comp at the convention center! Perfect location near the center and great food! Pictures did not do the property justice! Would definitely stay again!!
