This impeccable, near new level entry 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom "Peaks West" mountain home offers spacious and gracious accommodation for you and your family to enjoy while accessing all that the Sun Peaks resort area offers. Located in the peaceful and quiet West Village, ski in then walk out to the Burfield chairlift in winter to give you access to Canada's second largest ski terrain, or simply step outside to explore this fantastic alpine playground any time of year. Follow up your adventures with a relaxing soak in your private balcony hot tub with wonderful direct views of Mt. Morrisey.

Bright and cheerful with 9' ceilings, open plan and contemporary furnishings, this condo has in suite laundry, private hot tub, cozy gas fireplace, heated flooring,TVs, Netflix, Wi-Fi ,and private secure bike, ski and snowboard storage locker. There are two bedrooms; one queen bed and one bunk(twin over queen ) bed in addition to queen sofa bed if the kids prefer not to share! With a beautifully appointed kitchen, you can whip up meals for the family or if you'd rather not, the Magic Cattleguard Restaurant and Ohana's deli are immediately below the condo. The shops and restaurants of the Village are also a lovely 15-20 minute wooded stroll away along the Valley Trail .

About your hosts:
We are an active family of 4 who love Sun Peaks all year round and want to share our new "home away from home" with you. While new to this condo, we have hosted guests in our Vancouver "Buttercup guest house"(VRBO listing #786425) for over 5 years with 75, 5 star reviews so far. We aim to ensure you enjoy your stay with us. You will have everything you need to get away and yet still feel right at home. Come on over!

Excellent location and amenities

Right by the Burfield chairlift and easy access to skiing. Condo was well stocked in the kitchen with spices and appliances. Beautifully maintained and the hot tub was a bonus! Situated above Ohana’s market so quick access to groceries. Would love to stay here again on the next trip

Sun Peaks Mountain Home

Great location close to Burfield. The property is extremely clean and spacious with 2 bathrooms. Beds are very comfortable. Ski locker makes equipment storage a breeze. Kitchen is well equiped and super clean. The balcony jacuzzi has an amazing view of Mount Morrisey. Washing machine and dryer are super handy. Also the property has 2 boot and glove dryers (very nice touch). We'll definitely book this property again!

Wonderful Place to Stay!!!

This property is lovely. It is very spacious, clean and well decorated. Everything is very new and well cared for by the owners. We would stay here again in a minute. Very well stocked with everything you would need.

Wonderful stay close to Burfield base

- Everything was clean and like new. - Loved the nice sense of interior deco. - Kids enjoyed a separate TV in each room with full of contents and board games in the living room. - Waking distance to Burfield base was such an advantage. - Garage was inaccessible but no problem parking two cars at front. - Drinking cocktails at the lower level bar was relaxing.

Well equipped, clean and comfortable apartment

We received excellent directions and instructions prior to our arrival. Very straightforward access to this extremely well appointed property. Good sized rooms and fully equipped with everything one could need. The hot tub was a perfect temperature and a real pleasure after a hard day on the slopes!

Great place, great time.

It was very pleasant to be greeted by a bottle of wine and chocolates at the entrance. Place looks fairly new and the entire unit was spotless. Hot tub maintenance person virtually every day which gave a lot of comfort as to the quality of the water. Great place and very helpful host.

Clean and well appointed

Ground floor entrance very close to parking spot. Nice hot tub, ample space in ski locker at door. Walk 200 m to Burfield run. Convenient deli downstairs and a restaurant. Kitchen is well equipped.

Great spot for the family ski vacation in Sun Peaks

The unit was more like a townhouse then a condo which was really great for my family to stay in and have lots of space. We were even able to have family friend over for dinner with plenty of room. Everything we needed for our stay was provided, appliances were clean and well kept. We appreciated having a drip coffee maker and the k-cup maker available. Properly sized and mounted televisions in each room with a Netflix account for the property is a very nice touch. Hot tub was clean and in great condition. The very short walk to the ski in/out was great. The walk to the village was also very nice, and well illuminated at night. The retail underneath the complex was not a bother and was quiet at night, and was useful for last minute supplies or a quick bite to eat. Snow plows did come early but on a ski vacation that as a good thing. Our concern booking was that it was far from the village and main chair lifts. The experience was very different and were not bothered by being in the west. We would book here again rather than in the village. Thanks for a great stay.

Noisy, smelly

New and extremely clean. However upon arrival we opened the door to be hit with a terrible rotten sewer smell and a malfunctioning fire alarm. We booked this location thinking that we would be away from the noise of a village. Boy were we wrong. Located above a strip mall and beside the fire station, and below paper thin floor with an apparent elephant that wakes up at 6 am every morning. We could literally hear him opening drawers. To add to the late nights kept up by partiers leaving the bars, the fire trucks during the night, the strip mall parking lot is cleaned by baco tractors with the loudest sirens at 5 am. In addition they charge a cleaning fee but insist that you clean the place and take all garbage when you leave. When I mentioned to the owner all of the difficulties after our exhausting stay, I was brushed off completely. Do not recommend unless you are an extremely deep sleeper to stay at this location.

Wonderful ski holiday

We had a fantastic visit to this property. After a small mix-up with the access code, we were able to immediately reach the property manager and gain access to the suite. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and decor. It was such fun to see the Christmas tree and small decorative touches. We loved the spaciousness of the suite. Our young adult sons enjoyed the double/single bunk room. There was lots of storage in the outside ski locker (right beside the front door) and laundry/mud room area as well as in drawers and cupboards throughout. We were able to really move in! We appreciated how well stocked the suite is with great cooking supplies, and really anything you would need. Our family was grateful for the hot tub after long days of skiing - so nice to have a private one on the deck. Ski-in ski-out (with a short 300m walk) was doable but very icy with the limited snow pack right now. We managed it though! We found the walk to the village closer to 30 mins to be in the heart of things. We referred to it as « occasionally well lit »! However, it was a good excuse to stretch our legs at the end of the day. On our final night, we tried Cleavage Axe Throwing in the complex downstairs. What a fun night! (I do need to mention that mom won - woohoo!). Overall, a great stay and we look forward to booking again!

Perfekter Urlaub im wunderschönen Appartement

Eigentlich kann es kaum in Worte gefasst werden wie toll dieses Appartement ist. Es ist sehr gut aufgeteilt, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Durch die klaren Anweisungen verlief der Check-In ohne Probleme. Wir (5 Personen) hatten genug Platz und fühlten uns alle sehr wohl. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, das Wohnzimmer sehr gemütlich. Vielen Dank, auch für die nette Überraschung zur Begrüßung.

Great stay

Wonderful property and we had an excellent stay. Enjoyed ourselves tremendously. Great location and works well for a family. Only problem was had difficulty trying to get rid of our garbage as the transfer station was closed and only opened at 10am and we needed to leave at 7:30am. Alternative plans need to be arranged for this. Otherwise was an awesome weekend.

Ultra Host would be a better status

All instructions were very clear and check-in was a breeze. It seems to be fairly new and the entire unit was spotless. We saw the hot tub maintenance person virtually every day which gave a lot of comfort as to the quality of the water. It's a short walk up from the property to be able to ski down to the Burfield lift which is a 22 minute ride to the top followed by a great warm-up run down 5 Mile. 4 adults and we would all recommend this spot to anyone. It's in Sun Peaks West Village so a 20 minute walk or a shuttle ride from a stop just across the street. Excellent host!

Fabulous Condo lacking Nothing!

We were greeted by a bottle of wine and chocolates at the entrance of this very well laid out out ski in walk out condo in the burfield area.The comfy sitting area, well equipped kitchen, great hot tub and lovely bedding were some of the highlights of this sun peaks gem!Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect for us!

Great place to stay for a ski in/ski out vacation in Sun Peaks. The location is a bit far from the village, but very close to the Burfield chair, and we were there to ski not to shop! Super clean, comfortably furnished, cozy with the fireplace, and the hot tub was great! We would stay again for sure and would recommend to friends.

Comfortable and relaxing getaway

My wife and I recently stayed at this property for a long weekend getaway. The property is very new and clean. It is located just a short drive to the village. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub on deck at the end of the day. Would definitely recommend this property and consider it for a return stay. Thanks James & Paula.

Great place to stay!

Our group of 2 Adults and 3 kids were amply accommodated in this seemingly brand new, beautifully decorated condo. Place was sparkling clean,lots of space and appreciated the Netflix and Disney+TV in kids room which kept them entertained in the evenings while grown ups relaxed in the living area. Owner was great to deal with and everything we needed was provided. Am looking forward to staying again in the winter and enjoying the hot tub! Would highly recommend.
