Settled along the sandy banks of the beautiful Port Stephens Bay is this spacious family home. New to the holiday market, this comfortable home is sure to create a relaxing space to rest and unwind.

Offering sweeping beach views of the gentle waters of Pindimar, enjoy swimming, water sports, boating, fishing, sailing, and snorkelling with no forward planning needed. A boat ramp is located within a stone's throw for those keen water sport enthusiasts. The Pindimar bay is tidal and perfect for the little ones to run, swim, chase small crabs, and explore the outdoors, or for the big kids who may want to try their luck with some soft plastics.

Bedroom 4 forms part of the sunroom. This space has been designed as a parents' room offering a sitting room and bedroom combined.

The fenced yard offers a fabulous place for children and pets to move freely and enjoy the outdoors. This home welcomes small pets. However, please note fencing is not high in some areas. The lowest point of the fence is 660mm.

The games room offers a perfect space for the family to enjoy together or the teenagers or kids to 'sleep out'.
The lounge in this space converts to a double sofa bed to accommodate extra children.

Tranquility Plus

Black Possum Cottage in Pindimar is a little piece of heaven. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Our dogs loved the yard and a walk across the street to the lake for a swim. Very peaceful at night. Strongly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway with their fur babies. The house is a credit to its owners. Couldn’t fault our stay.

Beautiful location for a quiet family holiday

Property is very clean and the beds are comfortable. The essentials are provided though if you plan to do a big cook up you may need a few more pans. Lots of space to spread out and find a quiet place to read a book. Stunning view from the balcony and from 2 of the beds. Lovely quiet calm beach nearby which is great for a quick dip at high tide. Lovely little walks. And the dogs absolutely loved the big garden and walking on the beach and the mini pool table was great for the kids.

beautiful place to stay for a tranquil holiday

We returned for a 2nd timne to this property. It's really well maintained and clean and has everything needed for a lovely holiday. The view is stunning, the property has lots of space to find a quiet spot to read or just listen to the water. Good fishing for the kids and a mini pool table provoided hours of entertainment. The dogs absolutely lovced swimming at the beach and playing on the big lawn. The real estate were very helpful and easy to deal with and the neighbours friendly.
