Enjoy relaxing on the balcony with great views of both the ocean and the bay. The condo provides all of the conveniences of home, including 3 televisions, washer and dryer, and WIFI - note the TV's are streaming only. Bed sizes include a full size bed (deep mattress) in bedroom 1, a pyramid bunk and a single (1 full, 2 single) in bedroom 2 and a trundle bed in the den for a max occupancy of 6. Guest must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products.
An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
This unit rents Saturday to Saturday. Non-smoking, Non-vaping. No pets. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25
