Wake up to pine trees filling every window. This two-story architect-designed home sits deep in Constancia, one of Carilós most peaceful neighborhoods, where the only sound is the forest. Floor-to-ceiling glass, warm wood, and open spaces curated by our Studio team create a house that feels as alive as the woods surrounding it. Heated pool, covered grill terrace, wood-burning stove, and a team with 20 years of experience behind every detail.

Constancia is one of Carilós most serene and residential neighborhoods — wide sandy streets, dense pine forest, and almost no traffic. The main shopping area and restaurants are a 10-minute walk. The nearest beach access is 12 minutes on foot. Carilós center — bakeries, wine shops, restaurants — is within easy walking distance. The house sits on a quiet block surrounded entirely by forest.

Our team will welcome you in person and hand over the keys — no lockboxes, no apps. Please share your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance so we can coordinate. We only accept guests committed to a quiet and respectful stay. We reserve the right to decline bookings that may disrupt the tranquility of the property and its surroundings.

Two-story home for up to 12 guests: 4 bedrooms (2 en suite) · 3 full bathrooms · powder room · playroom with 4 beds. Open-plan kitchen, dining room, and living room flow onto a covered terrace with a 12-seat grill area and heated pool. Every room has floor-to-ceiling windows with forest views, split A/C, and Smart TV. Wood-burning stove and radiant floor heating for winter stays. Fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, alarm system.

Carilós streets are sandy and best navigated on foot or by bike — the house is within walking distance of the main commercial area. Car access is available and there is parking on the property. The nearest city, Pinamar, is 20-30 minutes by car. Buenos Aires is approximately 4 hours by car or reachable by bus or flight via the local airstrip.

No smoking indoors. No parties or events. Dogs welcome (no cats) with an additional fee — please inquire before booking. Quiet hours from 11pm to 8am. Sheets and towels not included — available to rent at an extra cost. Heated pool available December through February. Check-in from 4pm · Check-out by 10am.
