The bones of this house is perfect for my family. We stayed here about seven years ago and we loved it. This time around, we had some issues with the house. I was upset at first, but Melissa has contacted me and made things right! This house is perfect for a large family. There’s so many bedrooms big tables to eat dinners together. You’re right on the beach there’s a pool there’s parking there’s enough bathrooms enough refrigerators.. Melissa is aware of the issues and is addressing them with owner,. so hopefully, we can come back to this place next year with my cousins and siblings.

Family reunion

Property was in a great location right on the ocean. Ample balconies on top 3 floors to watch the dolphins during morning coffee. 7 bedrooms were split: 1on kitchen floor, 4 on sleeping floor and 2 on top floor. All had clean bathrooms. Note: stairs are a spiral staircase which is fine and elevator for moving things in and out. The place is past its prime. Sliding glass door on kitchen level couldn’t be completely closed, pots and pans pretty old. Overall it was a good value for the money considering the location and space. If you want Ritz Carlton accommodations this is not your spot. If you have a big group where people like to socialize right on the beach this the place for you.

Beach week 22

After viewing this property online, we knew it would be a great week. Everything looked up to date and clean in the photos. Upon arrival, that was not the case. The main sliding glass door that allowed access to the pool and the main living quarters was off of the track and did not close completely nor lock. This created a major safety concern for us. The facility was not clean and the Linens were not provided, in fact, the Linens from the previous guests were still sitting on the balcony. We called the rental agency and were able to go pick up clean Linens for our stay. However the Linens from the previous family were not picked up until midweek. There were many issues with things being broken or just not in working condition in the property. We did reach out to the rental agency however many of these things could not be remedied in during our stay. In fact, the rental agency said that these repairs would need to be taken care of by the owner of the property, not the rental agency. Overall, the bones of the unit were very accommodating. Lots of space and great beach location. It just needs some TLC, especially for the price!

I sent an email earlier - you have not responded

I am sure that there is not enough space in this box, but I sent a page and a half email when I returned home that has not been acknowledged. I have failed to receive a response and was not going to review on VRBO until I received a response but that may not happen. I feel others need to be warned. In a nutshell - read the letter. We asked for repair work to be done in our house while we were there to leave it in better shape than we found. We were told not to use a bath that I paid for until Thursday when it was determined that the bath was not the issue causing a leak in a bedroom after all! The slowness in responding to a big problem that will only become bigger was terrible. The answer we got was keep a bucket under the drip. There were several other little problems and I asked that my letter be shared with the owner who needs to know what to address in their home. If you would like me to resend the letter, please let me know - there details with issues and responses. The house is a great house in need of some TLC and there needs to be more openness from the management when you are checking in to problems that you will encounter upon arrival.

Beautiful Beach

We loved the location on the beach and the house was perfect for our large family. The set up of a bathroom in every bedroom was perfect. The amenities was great for all ages, including the pool. The air conditioning was a little spotty at times, but overall it worked ok. The management company responded quickly to all issues.

The Juliet was a big, clean, modern house right on the beach in a very nice area. It was everything we could’ve asked for in a beach vacation rental.
