Featured on American Dream Home! This 8-bedroom/7.5-bathroom beach house in North Myrtle Beach sleeps 26 and is perfect for traveling with large groups or families! The brand new pool was added in 2024!



The Space:

*Minimum age to book this property is 25*



The home is located in North Myrtle on Cherry Grove Beach -- one of South Carolina's best beaches!



In addition to having your own private pool, hot tub, and beach access, you’ll also enjoy the surrounding area. You’ll be close to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and golf courses.



Gather with your friends and family in this beautiful 5,000 square foot beach house in North Myrtle Beach. Enjoy a meal together in the spacious kitchen equipped with 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, granite countertops, and generous seating at the large breakfast bar and dining table. Your family and friends will have a blast playing pool and foosball in the game room. Relax on one of the balconies or by the pool as you drink your morning coffee or read a book. Enjoy the sun and sound of the ocean waves as you take a walk to the Cherry Grove Pier or collect seashells.



Level 1: Space for about 7 standard size vehicles, pool, hot tub



Level 2: living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry, balcony, bedroom #1 (1 king bed), bedroom #2 (1 king bed)



Level 3: bedroom #3 (1 king bed), bedroom #4 (1 king bed), bedroom #5 (2 queen beds), bedroom #6 (2 queen beds)



Level 4: game room, bedroom #7 (2 bunkbeds w/ 4 twin), bedroom #8 (2 bunkbeds w/ 2 twin & 2 doubles)



Each bedroom has its own private ensuite bathroom (the bunkbed rooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom).



There is an elevator for your convenience with service to Levels 1-3.



The pool & hot tub are maintained and functional year-round. The water temperature of the pool ultimately depends on the weather.



Other Things to Note:

Bed linens and bathroom towels (1 towel and 1 washcloth per person) ARE provided. Beach/pool towels are NOT provided.



We provide enough dish soap and paper goods to get your vacation started, but the guests will be responsible for any additional dish soap, cleaning supplies, paper towels, trash bags, and/or toilet paper.



Per North Myrtle Beach law, only umbrellas with a center pole no greater than 7 feet 6 inches in height and a circular shade no greater than 9 feet in diameter are allowed on the beach May 15-September 15. No tents, tarps, cabanas, pavilions, sports-brellas or similar devices, or any material mounted on supports allowed on the beach May 15-September 15.



North Myrtle Beach is a popular tourist destination. Because of this, you may hear noise from other people / neighbors and traffic.

Great location for a family vacation. The pool / hot tub was an awesome place to go after the beach. The management team was super responsive and even helped us get back a stuffed animal that was left behind!

Family reunion at the beach

We stayed at this home with all of our family from across the country - 10 adults, and 9 children between the ages of 2 and 10 years. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out, have fun during the day, and sleep at night. We enjoyed the short 20 foot walk to the beach, the beautiful views of the pier (including fireworks on the 4th of July), and spending afternoons in the pool and hot tub. The large couch and dinner room table fit our family just right, and show how well this unit was designed to work for large families. We made lifelong memories at this location!

House was great in size for our group of 20. Its really nice but could use a deep cleaning. Some outdoor stairways lights were broken and most beach accessories were broken. Plenty of cooking utensils and dishes. Furniture beginning to ware and beds rather uncomfortable. Good location and walkable to stores and restaurants. Pool and hot tub very nice. I would rate it 8/10

Perfect vacation

The house and location are absolutely perfect, just as described in the listing. It’s a beautiful spot on North Myrtle Beach. Our only snag was with the hot tub which stopped working but was repaired very shortly thereafter after we called the property manager. 10 for 10 would recommend this place. it’s ideal for a for a large family gathering.

Great house for families

We had a fabulous time! The house is spacious and we weren’t even crowded with 19 people. The kitchen is great for gathering with so many seating options to host families. The view is amazing! Great all around. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Family Vacation

Excellent Layout, Stunning Views, and Great Amenities We recently rented this beach house and were very impressed with the overall experience. The layout of the house was excellent, with plenty of space for our group to spread out while still feeling connected. The proximity to the beach and the stunning views from the house were definite highlights. The pool and amenities were also very good, providing great opportunities for relaxation and fun when we weren’t at the beach. The house had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We did have two family members over 85 years old, and while the beach was close, walking to the water wasn’t as easy for them due to the terrain and distance. This is worth noting if anyone in your group has mobility concerns. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway!

House clean, well stocked kitchen and furnishings lovely. We had a few issues, the pool wasn't useable 1st day and stove had to be replaced. Host was great at making everything right! Great location too!

Perfect house for large groups

This house is amazing! We had 22 family members and we never felt crowded but also felt quaint. The kitchen/dining area is amazing that everyone could be together. The amenities were top notch! The pool/hot tub area was perfect as it had a lot of shade. The service was superior, our concerns and questions were answered immediately. We would definitely rent again!

Incredible house

Stayed here for a men’s golfing trip (20 guys in late 30s) and the house was incredible. Super clean, amazing pool/beach access, plenty of space. Not one negative thing to say. 10/10 and plan to come back!

Great house!

Stayed for a long golf weekend with 12 guys. The house is in a convenient location and was great for our group. Outstanding kitchen and gathering space overlooking the beach! Kitchen was well stocked as we fixed several meals. Sleeping quarters were very comfortable. The new pool and hot tub are great! Everyone said they would stay again. Management team was easy to work with and communication was very good.

Amazing!

I had the opportuntiy to host a leadership retreat for work this year in North Myrtle Beach and came across this gem of a property. We had 8 adults and had more than enough room for collaboration sessions, as well as areas to escape within the home. The management team was excellent to work with and very quick to respond with questions. The brand new pool and hot tub were amazing and a nice addition to the pictures that we saw before coming down here. Overall 10 out of 10!!!! Thank you All!

Great family vacation !!

16 family members ranging from 73 to 2 months stayed for a week. The kids loved the ocean, pool, bunk room and game room. There was plenty of room for "happy hour" for the adults and games and puzzles for the kids. And it was wonderful dealing with the management company. Much better than our experiences with poplular realtors in the area! Hope to make it back next year !!

The best location for a Family Gathering

We celebrated my wife’s 50th birthday at this property, which is awesome and better than their posted pictures. They have provided all of the essentials to have a great vacation and it is a great for family, friends celebrations and golfing trips. The kitchen is well appointed and has everything a chef needs and I would recommend hiring one….the property can seat quite a few people and there is no need to leave. I would highly recommend!!

Great Place!

Great place to stay in a great location! The only hiccup we had was when we arrived the water was shut off. It was the property next door's fault because they hit the line and shut it off while doing construction. The owner made a quick decision and got the problem resolved within an hour!

Lovely Family Stay

Overall excellent place to stay. The sunrise and sunset can be seen from the porch. A few (10) steps to the beach. Yes I counted them🙂. The elevator was an added bonus. My family and I enjoyed ourselves. We would highly recommend renting.
