Escape to your very own waterfront holiday with the extended family or group of friends. With two houses positioned on the one large section you can enjoy holidaying together yet have your space when needed.
You'll have your own large grass area to kick back relax, play games with water access to paddle, swim and explore. Plus there's a tramp to keep the kids entertained. At low tide you can walk across to the surf beach! With magic views at both houses you'll love an early morning coffee watching the sunrise or a cold drink seeing the day out.

Beautiful Oasis for a large group

Whaanau time

Perfect location in waipu, not too far from the township or the beach. Great water access from property, safe for kids to swim and play with kayak and paddle board. Houses were just awesome and plenty of parking. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to book here

Outstanding sunrises over the estuary

We loved our stay. The two houses were perfect for our extended family and couple with small children. Both houses were well equipped, clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable and linens were soft. We loved having a washing machine and dryer for all the kids clothes. Our favorite thing was to have dinner all together on the porch of the upper house. So convenient to Waipu Centre, and the neighbors were very nice.

Magical Bach for 8 adults 6 Children

This property ( 2 houses) was excellent. The location on the estuary for water sports and very near to Waipu Cove for surfing was perfect. We were sorry to have to leave. The two houses were very well equipped. Thank you to Emma and Nick for great communications too.

Such a wonderful sport nestled on top of hill with a magnificent view of the river and ocean

We spend the whole weekend with some friends at Emma ∋ck Place! We couldn’t dream of better place ! We had such wonderful weather .Truly blessed the whole weekend! Will highly recommended that place if you want connect with nature and friends in a really cosy atmosphere! Thanks again ! Marwan
