When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals.
All guests must sign an Affordable Large Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Large Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.
All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds

Sea Trail Resort Villas is located just north of Myrtle Beach in beautiful Sunset Beach, NC, and is great for any family or couple looking to get away to the Carolina Coast. With just a short drive to the beach, these one-bedroom to four-bedroom villas have well-appointed kitchens, INCLUDES WI-FI, access to the Village Activity Center Pools, (Indoor and Outdoor), Sauna, Jacuzzi, poolside Bar & Grille and the Fitness Center (hours may vary depending upon season). Each unit features a screened porch or balcony view of one of the three onsite Championship Golf Courses or the Resort grounds.
