Popular beachside condo for 6

Sandpiper is a low density three story complex. Its unique V shape building and shared common area walkway in front of each condo lends to a friendly get to know your neighbor atmosphere. Family reunions, large groups of people traveling together and individual families choose this property often. The tropical courtyard, seasonally-heated swimming pool (mid-March through October, as needed) and grilling areas give Sandpiper an ambiance all its own. It is a highly requested property and has the most repeat guests.

Perfect Condo for a Golf Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The dirtiest condo I've ever rented! Soiled and stained furniture. Corners of floors and baseboards globs of dust. The walls need washing or painting. Front door weather stripping Marred. The worst experience was, when I stripped the sheets to wash, the mattress pad in master bedroom had multiple brown stains on it and in the 2nd bedroom 1 mattress pad had blood stains on it and no mattress pad on 3 bed. After calling BEnder again on this issue they sent over 2 new mattress pads and never offered to dispose of soiled ones. Upon changing mattress pads we found the mattresses are also stained and soiled, VERY DISGUSTING! If we hadn't stayed with Bender before we would never come back. Other residents that have been coming to Sandpiper for years have stated this unit has always been a problem with cleanliness and clutter!!

Assortment of kitchen gadgets. - Almost too many for the counter space. Only negative is that this unit does not have a keypad on the door. Inconvenient for checking in because you have to go back to Bender to get them after the unit is cleaned. Also just for getting in and out of the unit. Overall very nice unit!

Winter at the Sandpiper

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Sandpiper is a wonderful place to stay and the staff at Bender is awesome to work with. We really enjoy the social aspect of the Sandpiper and the fact that there is lots of outdoor deck space to gather and meet people. This particular unit that we stayed in this year, however, was not in keeping with what we have experienced in previous years. 4B should not be rented again until it has a deep cleaning. I was very unhappy with the lack of cleanliness. Things that need attention: King size sheets provided for a queen size bed, towels were stained and gross, couch and kitchen chairs were stained, outside of fridge and dishwasher need to be cleaned, shower doors had not been cleaned, dirty dishes in the cupboard, and the cupboards were so full of stuff, there was no room for food, way too much furniture and decor...it was in the way, dryer lint trap needs cleaning that we couldn’t reach, vacuum cleaner just blows dirt around, broom was disgusting, both toilets are wobbly and need to be tightened. While I would recommend the Sandpiper, I would NOT recommend this particular unit.

Family VaCation

The property was wonderful. Our condo was updated and clean . My only problem was the deadbolt on the door needs to Be updated to a keypad . The deadbolt was very hard to unlock with the key. Otherwise it was a great experience and I would definitely stay again.
