Island Shores 159 offers accommodations in Gulf Shores, 1.6 miles from Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo and 11 miles from The Park at OWA. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony and free Wifi. Guests can use a terrace.

This air-conditioned vacation home comes with a seating area, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a satellite flat-screen TV. Towels and bed linen are featured in the vacation home. The property offers sea views.

Popular points of interest near the vacation home include Gulf Shores Public Beach, Gulf State Park Beach, and Gulf State Park Fishing Pier. The nearest airport is Pensacola Regional Airport, 36 miles from Island Shores 159.

Parking Passes are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. You must purchase each parking pass. You can have only 2 parking passes per reservation. 2 cars maximum.
During special holiday time periods (Hangout Fest weekend, Memorial Day weekend, Saturday to Saturday during week of 4th of July, Labor Day weekend, and Shrimp Fest weekend) 3 bedroom units are limited to TWO parking passes, and 2 bedroom units are limited to ONE parking pass.

Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent.
Photo ID is required at check-in.
Smoking is not allowed.
Pets are not permitted.

Sheets in guest room had sand on them. Floor was dirty. View was great. Cost was very affordable. We enjoyed our stay.

We loved the location! It was fun being one first floor. The condo was so cute and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was great and the walk to the beach was so easy!We never could figure out the TV in the smaller bedroom. But, that could have just been us. The key situation is a little outdated but we made it work. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful!!

We came in late, check in was still super simple. The condo was very clean, super cold A/C when we walked through the door. The condo was mire spacious than we expected, so that was a plus. The location I would have to give 10 stars. Easy beach access and close to a ton of places. Definitely booking this condo for our next trip if it is still on here.

Family stay

Was a great stay for 3 sisters and our mom. We very seldom get to get away as sisters let alone with our elderly Mother but this was a wonderful trip. The place was beautiful and hopefully we can get together again and come back.

Bedroom windows need curtains. 1st floor windows anyone can see through the blinds, one set was damaged and kinda hanging? Living room furniture is very uncomfortable and needs replacing as well as both rugs.

It was a clean and amazing condo and loved it. Only thing I see wrong is there’s a old gate keeper guy that slipped a warning for no smoking and nobody smokes so I’m not sure what that was about but he was a little creepy when we came in too. Asking if we had kids because he loves kids but was very unsettling. Other than him the condo itself is amazing and excellent place to stay

First family vacation with a toddler before the new baby will be born. Although we were grateful to check in early, the unit is an older unit. On Tuesday we called in a work order to have the microwave replaced but no one ever showed. Being an older unit LOTS of electrical issues. Tried to vacccum the very dingy rug & the lighfs went off. Probably whay was wrong with the microwave. Never would "heat" our food. When you spend as much on food its nice to have a microwave, especially with a toddler.

We were on the bottom floor, but there was not access to the beach from the patio. The pool is out front, by the parking lot. Decor was nice. Bedrooms were very small. There were plenty of kitchen utensils, actually way too many. The drawers were cluttered with duplicates. I rewashed all of the glasses, plates, and silverware before we used them and cleaned the utensil drawer. It was pretty dirty. The center shelf of the cabinet was over loaded with heavy plates to the point of nearly collapsing. I moved some of the plates to the bottom shelf and tried to balance the weight so that it didn't break all the way. You don't really expect to have to do all of that in your vacation rental for a 4 night stay. The master bedroom needed a smaller chest and table since the room was so small. The drawers of the chest did not work properly. The television sat on top of the chest and was smaller than my laptop screen, maybe a foot wide. The hallway rug was very dirty.

Great location.

This condo is walking distance to several top notch restaurants. The condo was cl an and for th most part in good condition. A couple of minor things would have made it perfect. There were no coffee filters. They left a Keurig pod on the counter but there was no Keurig machine. No salt and pepper shakers either. The biggest issue though was the bed in the master bedroom. The very tall headboard was not attached in any way to the bed frame. Because of this every movement of mean EVERY movement, even breathing caused the headboard to bump against the wall. We didn't want to deal with making a maintenance request so we just pulled the bed frame away from the headboard a couple of inches. I also let the office know when we checked out. You can tell it's an older building but just because it is smaller and some of the style. The building seems to be in great shape and our unit was no exception.

Island shores 159 the vacation spot from Hell!! Absolutely horrible wouldn’t recommend!!

The Condo is/ was absolutely disgusting! Couches smelled like animals, hair was all over the bed when we pulled back covers! Mold around the tubs!! Towels were dirty had to go buy our own! Called everyone we could get to explain the situation!! The management is horrible!! Pooled and associates the person in charge over there name is Jason! He replied we usually don’t give refunds for those kinds of things! So you mean to tell me you’re gonna keep our entire amount for a couple of hours of stay! That’s rediculous, what kind of establishment is being ran here? Contacted the house keeper she answered and stated she lived an hour away just pull out the pull out couch and load and behold that has a stain on it!! We Ended up spending the half of the night in our car with our children until the security guard of the building came out asking questions. Payed the full price up front only to stay a couple of hours and get cheated out of the rest of our money! Payed for 4 nights used a couple of hours of stay turned in keys to Jason of Poole and associates at 10:00 am that flowing morning that Saturday morning! Got there on a friday wasn’t suppose to leave until Monday! I wouldn’t recommend Poole and associates to anyone period!!
