Here, the chorus of birds replaces city noise, and your backyard becomes a stage for Australia’s unique wildlife — wallabies grazing at dusk, bush turkeys and lyrebirds rustling through the trees, king parrots flashing bright colours overhead, and even the occasional lace monitor basking in the sun.
Spend your days however the mood takes you: relax by the water’s edge, cast a line from the private jetty and cook your catch straight on the BBQ, or dive into the cool, refreshing water when the day grows warm.
