Well equipped Queen Angel resort studio. Spectacular view of Grace Bay`s turquoise water. Enjoy our great pools and lovely garden. Walk to Turtle Cove Marina restaurants & bars in 3 - 4 min, Smiths` Beach and reef snorkeling 10 -15 min.

Our suite has a fully equipped kitchen, linens and towels. We have a washer/dryer and smart tv. Our balcony has comfy furniture with a beautiful vista of the Turtle cover area of Grace Bay. There is a queen size bed and a queen size sofa bed. There are no extra or hidden resort or parking fees.

Providenciales, Turks and Caicos is like the Corona Beer ad, find your beach. Whether you feel like the 6-star sophistication of Grace Bay or people watching at Ricky`s Beach by Club Med, to world class beginner kite-boarding at Long Bay beach or Caribbean vibes music, food and culture at Sapodilla Bay beach to the tranquility of neighbouring Taylor Bay beach plus many, many more to explore.

Check out the family fun, food, music and dancing at the Bight fish fry, Karaoke at Danny Buoy`s, adults at Shisha bar, fish meals at Mr. Grouper`s or Omars, and the list goes on...

There are also plenty of island activities such as atv, kayak, horse, eco- and boat tours to name a few. There is jet-skiing, parasailing and kitboarding. And there is fishing, snorkelling and scuba diving.

great location

overall great stay. great location just needed better communication from owners especially when your out of the country with no phone service and a handicap person.

Turks and Caicos trip

Communication with host was a nightmare. Place was cozy nice and clean .Hot water lasted no longer than 5 minutes TV didn't work at all. Appreciated host letting me extend my stay

Great spot and place.

Great place. Location is a little far (walking) from the main tourist area. If looking for somewhere that's quiet with great options for food this is a perfect location. If wanting to check out the main shopping area then having a car or even bicycle rented would be advised. Contacted the hosts twice prior to arriving, both times I received a response within 20 minutes. Wifi was quick and reliable, no wifi access at the main pool, but moving a few feet away to the water fall/smaller pool resolved that. Will definitely be suggesting this property to anyone planning a trip to Provo.

That Ocean view doesn't get tired.

Owners are VERY quick to reply ... thank you for your guidance and hospitality. Walking very short distance (under 15mins one way) to a few restaurants, Rental (car, bike, scooter) and Ocean Bright beach in Grace Bay. Within a 30 to 40 mins walking (one way) distance to grocery store and wine cellar (liquor store). The common area is cleaned daily ... Pool temperature is a little fridged but refreshing when in the hot sun. GREAT Sunset views from the condo entrance. You wont be disapointed with this place... very quiet, comfortable, clean and relaxing. We look forward to returning yearly.

Nice little place without the frills

The place was super clean and the patio was great with beautiful views. We felt really safe there. It is a 2 minute walk to a great little coffee shop. The wifi was good, as was communication and easy check in. The main thing is that for the price, we expected just a little bit more. It would be nice to have some coffee and coffee supplies (sugar), or even just some some bottled water. The sheets and comforter were polyester and didn’t breathe and the pillows were very uncomfortable. The hot water ran out very quickly (stagger your showers!). Overall, we enjoyed our time there, but given the price we will opt for a hotel next time.

We were very happy with the ease of contacting the owners and property manager. We loved the apartment ,location, cleanliness, deck with great view, washer/dryer and parking convenience. The condo needs the following things. Upgrade kitchen pots, pans, and other supplies such as need for "cone pour over coffee brewing filter" with filters. Dust mop or small vacum for sand. Clean linens per week The access to power source for toaster/coffee maker/ hot water boiler needs to be simplified. Guest book with helpful details about the condo, garbage, recycling, restaurant recommendations, beaches etc., check out procedures, contacts

Foggy windows at spectacular grace bay views

When we arrived at our 3 pm check in the temperature in the suite was 84 degrees. We were told by someone who was already in the room when we arrived that the internet was down but he was working on it”no internet” he also said he just turned the AC on. We left to go grab something to eat and returned at 5pm temperature was 79 degrees. At this point we decided to go get some groceries for the weekend stay. And then came back to 77 degrees. We opened the fogged up doors to look at the highly obstructed view. When we noticed the temperature rising in the room. I closed the door and began to look for other accommodations. I did find somewhere else just down the street and we moved. We never unpacked or messed up anything. No type of refund was offered which I didn’t expect. But an apology for the AC and the internet not working would have been nice. Picture of the patio doors are from broken window seals not fogged up because it’s cold inside.
Coldest it got 4 hours later.

The wifi was restored shortly after you reported that it was not working. The AC had just been repaired.

Arriving to the property it did look at the pictures but it was not clean the room smelled of mildew. The shower head had built up dirt and calcium on the shower head. It was not stated that it wouldn’t any washing detergent and or dish soap. Both of which I had to purchase if I wanted to two clean towels. The freezer has rust on the racks, we didn’t have clean sheets to change sheets and or pillow cases. I really wanted to love this place I paid a good penny to stay here and it was not so good hopefully these things change. Also lastly the Wi-Fi didn’t work for the first 3 days and and we couldn’t get the tv to work even when we asked the property attendant he also stated he couldn’t help. Hopefully all of these get fixed.
