The Space:

Dreaming of a tropical escape to the stunning Turks and Caicos Islands? Welcome to our charming one-bedroom apartment, part of a peaceful four-bedroom villa just minutes from the turquoise shores of Long Bay Beach in Providenciales.



The villa is smartly divided into three separate units. You’ll have exclusive access to your private apartment with a separate entrance—only the pool and parking area are shared, and only if the other units are occupied. Set on a fully fenced lot surrounded by lush greenery, the property offers generous outdoor space and a tranquil, enclosed pool area where you can unwind after a day of exploring the island.

Guest Access:

You’ll have full and exclusive access to apartment #3 within the villa. If the other 3 units are rented, the pool area and parking are shared.



The Neighborhood:

The villa is in a great location, about a 3-minute drive or 15-minute walk to Long Bay Beach (Access 1), where the Turks and Caicos Kiteboarding School is located. It’s less than a 10-minute drive to The Royal Turks and Caicos Golf Club and Grace Bay, where you can find water sports, shopping, restaurants, and more!



Getting Around:

The property is approximately 14 km/9 mi from the Providenciales International Airport (PLS). A rental car is recommended, and there is 1 parking space at the property.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that Salt, Pepper and Oil are not provided during the stay.

- For stays of more than 10 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee of $75 will be applied.

- Travellers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Visitors are strictly prohibited.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to arrange it.

- No smoking of any kind inside the unit. Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 USD fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise. Quiet time is from 11 pm to 7 am.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- Our property is monitored by 24-hour outdoor security cameras to ensure a safe and secure environment for everyone.

- Pets are not allowed.

- All guests of the property acknowledge the risks of using the pool and agree not to hold the owner or property manager liable for any injuries or accidents. Please take the necessary precautions and always supervise children in the pool area.
