Second time staying

This is the second time we have stayed at this beautiful property for our annual family reunion. The location is perfect, walking distance to the grocery store and 30 mins from the airport. The house is spacious and immaculately clean, the pool and view can’t be beaten. We love this property and highly recommend it!

Family gathering

It was great. House is lovely on the lake, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, very nice neighborhood. Foosball table was a hit! . Pool water was too cold to go swimming but enjoyed sitting by the pool looking out at the lake. Hope to stay there again in the future.

Spring Break Getaway

This property was absolutely perfect for our family visit! The location was perfect for us, within walking distance from my aunt's. The house was comfortable and equipped with everything we needed and more. Although the pool was chilly, we did get in twice. We played lots of Foosball in the house and basketball across the street at the park. When we notified the manager that the basketball was flat, he had a pump sent to the house the very next day!We had a fantastic time and loved our stay here.

Great property and communication!

The property is very spacious, clean, and as a beautiful backyard setting on the water (too bad it was 109 when we stayed!). Mitchell is so easy to work with, very responsive, and has a very informative guest manual. The location is perfect for getting around the Phoenix area, and close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. We hope to stay at this house again!

Beautiful AZ Home

Beautiful well kept home with tons of amenities. Only nits are somewhat slow Wi-Fi, TV is via Chromecast only so must use your phone to watch TV, and Master shower takes 2-3 minutes to get hot water. Backyard is beautiful in a gorgeous setting but you can definitely hear the 101 freeway nearby. Still, all and all a solid 5.

Amazing stay!

This property is so awesome! The house is beautiful inside and out! It was very clean! While my husband and I stayed there we felt very safe and comfortable. We had so much fun staying in! We enjoyed the pool and the pontoon so much as well as the game room! I will def be booking a stay at this property again! Also it was very easy to get help from the host the couple of times that I had questions! I highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed.

Perfect location to father family for a trip to AZ.

My siblings and I needed to meet in Phoenix to settle an estate inheritance. The home was spacious and comfortable. Plenty of space to gather and talk without feeling crowded. Easy access to popular area of the valley. The pool and lake didn’t get used on this trip but would have been a great asset if we had younger family with us. A charming home and a real bargain if you want a large home to gather the family if you’re traveling into the Phoenix/Glendale area.

Oasis in the heat!

Beautiful Clean home with incredible view / pool. The host was the best! The only suggestion is a new keirig or regular coffee pot. It did not heat up at all. Not a big deal - we door dashed coffee. We woud/will stay here again!

Arrowhead lake

If you have any issues with artificial fragrances, don't rent this house. Every room had an AirWick plug in. The house was outrageously scented to the point that it made us feel sick, even after unplugging all of them. Every piece of fabric in the house smells. So unhealthy. I thought all rentals had to be scent free??? It's a shame, as the house was nice and the beds were comfortable. The only other issue was you could really hear the highway.
