My family enjoyed staying at. Blessing from above. The only complaint was that the bedroom with the king size bed didn’t have a tv remote that worked the one that was there didn’t work on any of the tvs the toilet kept running but the issues was resolved in 48 hrs. Otherwise it was a very enjoyable place to stay

Great Location

This property was in a good location. Quiet area. Easy walk to the beach. Floors had not been mopped and rather dirty but everything else was clean. Kitchen needed a few more items to use effectively but we made it work.

Beautiful house. Close to the beach with a short walk and a wonderful pool. Plenty of room for our group of 10. House was just as described. The following suggestions are just to make this home even better. Just a bit more convenient. There needs to be a baking/pizza pan, a few serving bowls, and wine glasses. An outdoor shower would be nice. These are only suggestions and not necessities. We love the home and would definitely rent it again.

Beautiful property

Beautiful home! Loved the pool and the home. I was very surprised at how dirty the home was. The guest pay for the cleaning service for the property. To have such a beautiful property and it not being cleaned for the guest is horrible. I’ve vacationed for 14 years and have never had a place this dirty. I loved the home though.

Beautiful Spacious Home Just Needs To Be Checked Over Regular

This home was absolutely beautiful. It was very spacious for 11 of us (3 kids). It will accommodate 16 for sleeping. Kitchen had nice appliances & lots of cabinet space. Dishes & cooking utensils in general were lacking for the number of people that the home was designated for. We did toward the end of our stay let the rental place know. They were very helpful & willing to correct the inconvenience. There was some info given in error regarding our Wi-Fi. The tv’s worked (they used Wi-Fi). At first we thought maybe we were doing something wrong. We got busy doing activities in the area & put it off again. We called the next day & the service person came the following day. We found out we were given the wrong Wi-Fi name & password. We got setup for one day. The following day… no tvs. Reset of box took care of it. Just frustrating, especially with younger kids. Check in was easy & friendly. Any call that we made all of the staff was very helpful & courteous. Our sheets & towels arrived about 3 hours after we were able to check in. Most did not fit the beds we had., but we made it work. We were very happy not to have to bring the additional items & we were able to keep lines, towels, & clothes washed up, which was nice. Everything mentioned above is not necessarily a complaint. It is meant to be informative to the rental company as a way to be proactive for future arrivals. The only thing we would see as an issue that should be corrected & changes should take place is the floors were not clean. We all had to wear shoes to avoid very dark dirty feet. Kids had to have feet wiped before bed or going out. The cleaning service needs to step-it-up. I highly recommend, when you get there as they instruct you to do, to inspect & call them if you need anything. We didn’t call right away on certain things & didn’t want to really make a complaint. When I called to ensure of what our checkout consisted of, was when I spoke of these things. The rental company wished that we had expressed our concerns right away, so that they could correct what was lacking. They staff was wonderful. Recommend you plan to rent a golf cart. It makes things so much easier. You can drive them on the back streets to many places, especially to the beach. It states a 3min walk from the house. It is longer unless you are a fast walker. Too long with young children or elderly people & that doesn’t really take into consideration things being carried. Nice HOT showers. Enjoy your stay!
