¿Por qué debería elegir esta casa para sus necesidades de vacaciones? Simple, prometemos que lo que ves es lo que obtienes. Como propietario y operador, me aseguro de que la propiedad esté lista para registrarse antes de su llegada. ¡Esta casa era nueva en nuestra colección de casas de alquiler en 2018 y la renovamos para satisfacer las demandas de nuestros huéspedes!

El Palmetto Breeze es una casa privada de tres pisos con ocho habitaciones y cinco baños; Duermen 24 personas. Piscina privada y área de patio cubierto con modernos muebles de exterior para disfrutar al máximo de la vida al aire libre. Los huéspedes disfrutarán de un patio al aire libre sombreado área de estar al aire libre La piscina incluso tiene una mesa integrada con taburetes! Envuélvete alrededor de la terraza con vistas espectaculares de las sillas Marsh y Adirondack para relajarte. Ubicado a solo una cuadra y media a pie directamente al frente del océano.
La casa tiene una cocina nueva con encimeras de mármol. Electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y un surtido completo de aparatos y vajilla para que pueda preparar comidas para su grupo. Para mayor comodidad de los huéspedes, televisores de pantalla plana y ventiladores de techo están disponibles en todas las habitaciones. Los baños tienen encimeras de mármol y una combinación de ducha o bañera con ducha. Esta es una propiedad "Pet Friendly" !!

We enjoyed the house and location. Pretty spacious in terms off bedrooms. Living room and kitchen on the smaller side but worked great for the 10 of us. Pool area is nice with lots of seating. Pool is sunny in the morning and early afternoon and completely shaded by mid afternoon which worked great for us coming g back from the beach

Awesome Boys Golf Trip

This place was great! We booked it for a long weekend boys golf trip. While we spent much of our time on the course, it was so nice for everyone to have their own room and it was super clean and private. Easy access to all of the courses we played.

Blanche was very communicative and accommodating - very responsive from the initial reservation. Pool is fantastic, plenty of room indoors and outdoors for our large family.

Big Family House

Our family really enjoyed this house. There was plenty of room for everybody and all our beach gear. The kids really enjoyed catching crabs during low tide and swimming in the pool. The adults had everything they needed in the kitchen and enjoyed swimming in the pool as well. It’s just a short walk to the beach that everyone seemed to handle just fine. Overall, I would recommend it to friends or stay again if we are ever in North Myrtle.

Convenient location

Walking distance to the beach and other amenities were a plus. Home is beautiful and looks just like the pictures. The beds were incredibly comfortable. We were three separate families with adult children, a total of 14 people and we had plenary of space.

Spacious Family Beach Getaway - the pool environment is a real plus!

This was a perfectly spacious place for everyone to be together but also to comfortably accommodate alone time. The views were lovely, the rooms were clean, the beds were great, the kitchen was stocked with all the appliances and tools we needed. The pool and patio was just excellent for the outdoor entertaining and relaxation. We were just a short walk from the beach and we enjoyed the quiet environment with a view of the marsh and its birds. We rented a golf cart for our more elderly family and it worked out great. I will also add that the manager/owner responded to any issue without hesitation. This was an all around great place to spend at the beach.

Beautiful home for our family girls trip!

Beautiful and clean home! I had a girl’s trip with 23 of my aunts, sister, mother and cousins. Home was clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the private pool and picturesque view of the marsh in the backyard. Blanche was helpful and easy to contact when needed. I would definitely stay again!

Perfect for our large group!

We are a group of 8 couples that rented this property for our annual long weekend reunion. It was perfect for us! The house was immaculate and fit our group perfectly! Kitchen was well appointed for our foodies/cooks. Deck and pool area was great for outdoor lounging and enjoying inlet scenery. Close to the beach and local stores, etc. We loved it and will rent again in the future! Thank you!

Corona virus trip

I'm so upset with my visit to Myrtle Beach. The trip was scheduled during the time the President issue a state of emergency for the United States 😡. I asked Blanche can we reschedule our stay at a later date or be refunded. She said no she couldn't do either that the beaches and city was packed with people. We went to Myrtle Beach hoping to enjoy ourselves because we couldn't receive a refund. The town was like a ghost town and the restaurant were closed. The home is beautiful and clean but our trip was a disaster. Our stay was March 15th Thur March 19th. I called VRBO several times requesting her to refund trip or too reschedule date. She never answered only to be rude 😡

Just a few things to be aware of...

The house overall is beautiful. The pictures are spot on. Upon arrival everything looked clean but by the end of the first night we could tell the floors had not been mopped. All of the babies had dirty knees from crawling and our socks were dirty. As far as the other reviews that have been written, I believe they are accurate. The refrigerator is a full size refrigerator but for 10 adults and three kids, it's small. If you choose the linen package, know that you are given only one washcloth and one towel per person. Each morning we looked out the kitchen window to see what kind of mess the neighbor's dogs did on their porch. We finally closed the shade after day three. We did purchase a nonstick pan which we used daily. We also had trouble with the speed of the wi-fi on the second and third floors. We saw several Palmetto Bugs but expected to after reading one of the reviews. We texted Blanche regarding a tripping hazard at the pool and she responded quickly to it. One suggestion I would make is to add more hooks to the bathrooms. Three families sharing one bathroom and there was only one (maybe two) hook. Each bathroom was like this. Again, overall, a beautiful home.

Annual Golf Werkend

We stayed at this great property for our annual golf weekend. It had everything that our group of 8 golfers needed. Each had a bedroom and the common spaces were great for our group. Blanche was responsive to all our queries and questions. All in all a great 4 days.

Couldn’t have asked for a better stay

This property is located at the end of a quiet street with ample parking. The neighbors were extremely welcoming and friendly and the beauty beach was only a short walk away. We could not have asked for a better family vacation, relaxing by the pool with the beautiful marsh backdrop. The only issue we had was the keypad was not functioning properly which delayed us entering the house, but the host was extremely attentive and helpful. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing getaway!

Golf and New Year Celebration

Our second year, celebrating the new year and playing some golf staying at this beautiful home with amazing accommodations/great beds for adults and lots of privacy. The short walk to the beach and several options for restaurants are a plus.

Blanche's Beach Bungalows currently has five luxury homes all within blocks of each other in the popular section of Cherry Grove in North Myrtle Beach. I am also a licensed South Carolina real estate broker and sell many homes and condos along our coastline.

The Palmetto Breeze is a home that was built in 2010 and remodeled in 2018. Because it's newer than most beach homes in the area, it is much more spacious and comfortable.
