Perfect little place

The condo was the perfect place for my stay. I especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening, catching up on some work, while listening to the waves crash on the beach.

Perfect Getaway Weekend

The original place we booked had an issue and we were given the option for this place instead. They were very easy to work with and had a new option that was very similiar to the original ready for us. The suite was very clean and cozy. Extra linens and plenty of towels. The area is a perfect location with many amentities such as 3 outdoor hot tubs indoor/outdoor and a full outdoor heated pool, sauna, gym, and indoor pool. We had a blast!

The floors in our unit were beyond disgusting to the point that they turned our feet black just walking barefoot for 15 minutes. So gross. Ali the fixtures and trim in the bathroom were old, rusted and in desperate need of an update. The view from the unit was wonderful.

Don’t waste your time or money

The pictures on the bnb did the place an absolute justice. When arriving we were charged for parking three times (car trailer and motorcycle) the trailer was $100 to park it and later found out the only do that charge during bike week only. Once in the building the floors had plastic laid down on most of the floors. Walking down the halls the ceilings were falling and the molding on the baseboard was peeling off from water damage. Inside the room the shower didn’t work the water was leaking from the wall and the stopper for tub wasn’t working either. Water damage all in the floors and walls of bathroom. All the amenities that were suppose to be there as far as the pool jacuzzi and gym were all closed due to damages. Upon asking why we found out through people around the area that they had been shut down and condemned by the city for 5 months due to the building lower level collapsing. The lower level still was not fixed and no exterior walls on the back side so you could see the structure of the building. It was so unsafe that ocean lakes right beside it was making people sign a waiver to stay that close to the resort in case it actually collapsed. Several people from restaurants around said that place is a joke and should be shut down. The staff is very unfriendly and wanted to pick and choose what rules applied to people. (All trailers had to be nosed in but in the parking lot the day after we arrived and had unloaded there was close 20 that were not) never stay again

Great View

This is a quaint one-bed studio with a full kitchen. Everything was newly remodeled except there was a very odd problem with the window, some rags stuck into the framing, which was right above your head at the bed. We reported this issue but never received any update or repair. We highly recommend this is repaired. Once repaired, this is a very nice suite and we very much enjoyed the property as a whole. (Property has a nice pool, beachfront karaoke bar, ponds with turtles and swans) We would stay here again and recommend it to family and friends. This suite is completely oceanfront with a nice balcony on 12th floor.
