This unit had a great ocean view. Awesome pool & a 2 minute walk to a private beach access. The only complaint was with the Ocean Forest HOA security. There is a scheduled quiet time for the entire Ocean Forest condo. Yet 2 nights in a row the unit directly above ours were partying till 3 am. Our host reported this to the HOA but there should be a immediate way to resolve situations like this.

We do want to note that while we strive to provide a great experience within our condo, we don’t have control over neighboring units or their guests. As with any shared community, noise levels can vary from day to day or week to week. We did promptly report the issue to the HOA, and we appreciate your understanding. Our goal is always to ensure our unit itself meets expectations, and we’re happy that aspect of your stay was enjoyable.

Salty Waves a Hit

It is a beautiful property with great responsive hosts. Convenient, well stocked, clean. The whole process from reservation to checkin, access and checkout was easy. We loved the balcony with stunning view. It was the perfect place for our relaxing vacation.

Salty Waves

We had a great stay. The hosts were responsive to our questions and provided lots of helpful incidentals to make our stay wonderful (toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, water and some snacks). The condo was quiet and close to the beach and restaurants.

A Great Place to stay!

We stayed at this location at the beginning of July and it was excellent! We walked into the room with cold waters in the refrigerate and snacks on the table! the view of the ocean was amazing and we ate every meal out on the balcony where we could enjoy the view! Overall this was a very nice location and the residents that reside here are very nice and friendly. My daughters made friends with a few of the kids that stayed here as well. We will definitely be coming back to stay here again!!

Just as Pictured...

The property was just as pictured and described. It was extremely convenient to the beach with a perfect view of the ocean. I was comfortable the entire time and the owners considered everything I might need while there. I hope to stay at this property again. The owners were extremely responsive to my needs.

Perfect Getaway

The condo was perfect for my husband and I! It was so clean and decorated beautifully. The views of the ocean are marvelous! The hosts were so kind and always helpful! We had a day of nothing but rain and the hosts were so thoughtful and sent us some recommendations on what to do on our rainy day! I would definitely recommend and hope to stay in the future.

Great place to stay!

Really nice view of the ocean! We did have some problems with parking at night because we have a truck and it will not fit in the garage. There is parking on the side for trucks and SUVs but it fills up fast in the evening.

Thank you for staying with us at our waterfront condo. We agree the views are amazing and the sound of the ocean is so relaxing. Parking in the building is sometimes an issue for those with larger vehicles. The parking garage is free parking but the turns are tight but doable. The building was built in 1985 when cars were smaller. Lol There is a south side parking lot for larger vehicles which is easier to park in on a first come availability.. Glad you enjoyed your stay in our amazing 5 star super clean condo.

Weekend getaway

Very nice, well stocked rental. Great for 2. Only problem (which owner has no control over) was a group of unsupervised teenagers being loud and obnoxious in the hall after 10pm.

Best Place on earth!

This place was amazing! Everything about this trip was perfect! We said a million times how clean the place was, not just our room but the whole complex! Views you can’t beat! The owner of the condo was prompt and friendly with returning my messages. Beach was private and beautiful! This place is definitely a MUST GO! We will be back for sure

Fantastic ocean view

This condo has a fantastic ocean view. I had enjoyed from the balcony watching the sunrise in the morning and moon shining on the ocean water at night. In one early morning I even saw dolphins with fins out of water.The room decoration is cozy and embodies the beach spirit.
