On entry, you’re welcomed by an inviting open-plan living area with southwestern-inspired interiors and warm wood finishes. Leather sofas invite you to relax, read a book, catch up on movies and create vacation memories with family and friends. The kitchen is truly the heart of this home with all you need to prepare hearty, home-cooked meals. High-end stainless appliances, custom cabinetry, a dining table and server, and a center island with seating add to this stylish open kitchen. The living area opens to a spacious back patio with an undercover dining area, BBQ grill, and sun loungers to soak up the warm sun and scenic Sedona views.



Coffee Pot 595 comfortably sleeps 5 guests in 3 bedrooms. The master suite features a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and perfectly framed mountain views. Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed and bedroom 3 has a double bed with a workspace and access to the back patio. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath/shower combo. There is a laundry room with a washer/dryer for your convenience.

Getting Around:

There are taxis, Uber (limited), and the Sedona Trolley but we recommend guests have their own car. This is a small town and public transportation is very limited.



Other forms of transportation available in the area include the Verde Valley LINX Public Transport, the Sedona Shuttle (only operable Thursday through Sunday to select popular trailheads), Lyft (limited), and several rental companies providing rental machines for off-road adventures.

This property is on lockbox. The code will be emailed along with the check-in instructions within five days of your arrival.

Would book again!

Location is perfect. Subdivision quiet & you can hop on a couple trails from the neighborhood. Home is exactly as pictured. Space was perfect for our family of four. The ice maker does not work. It would’ve been nice to know that ahead of time. We had to communicate a couple of times with maintenance & they were very responsive. Would recommend & book again in the future.

Excellent location, trailhead at walking distance, rock formations seen just outside, we would definitely stay here on a next visit to area; really nice.

Winter hiking

We had a great stay. The property was perfect - very clean, beautiful, and with nice touches like a few extra toiletries in case you forgot something. Location was super convenient; we could hike right from the house! Stayed at a lot of vacation homes and this was one of the nicest!

Attention to a few small details could improve comfort even more. - provide seating in the master bedroom (e.g., a bench at the foot of the bed in the MBR) - provide a standing lamp and a reading lamp in the LR (the overhead lights are harsh) - replace the light bulb in the MBR closet (a maintenance issue that I neglected to bring to your notice when I was there) All in all, though, the property was extremely nice!
