We love coming to this community especially in the off season. We love the ocean view & that we can bring our furry friends! We very much enjoy the amenities, bike rentals on site & visiting the surrounding towns. Always a wonderful time, have been visiting the area since 2013.

I loved this condo so much last year that I rented it again this year. I love the decor and the screened-in balcony with a beach and pool view. The complex replaced the boardwalks to the beach, making it much easier to take a wagon to carry your beach stuff (no stairs).

The ocean view and view of sunrise from the condo unit/balcony were the highlight of our trip. We also enjoyed the close and easy beach access for walks on the beach.

The condo was nice the location and view of the beach and pool was great. We loved the proximity to the beach . The amenities were good . The pools were great . Very peaceful beach .Cleanliness could have been better . There was a lot of pet hair in the main couch that got all over of stuff and clothes upon arrival . I tried to put a cover on the couch so my baby could sit but I think the pet hair was still in the decorative pillows . The main Door knob could be updated ,it was a little tricky to use/lock ,but Overall we enjoyed our stay and recommend it .

The condo was as advertised, and was great for a weekend trip. The only thing we would change is the lack of ceiling fans. The one over the kitchen table didn’t work, and there wasn’t any moving air inside other than when the AC cut on. Not a huge deal though. The owner let us know ahead of time that the elevator was broken so we weren’t surprised. The view is amazing and we loved sitting on the porch taking in the view.

Great vacation spot!

This condo was a wonderful place to stay at the beach. We’ve been to Harbor Island before so we knew what to expect as far as the tide and the walk to the beach. Not that bad in all honesty. The condo had pretty much everything thing you needed for your stay! Had plenty of trash bags, paper towels, cookware, etc. So glad it was animal friendly because our pet loved it there! He loved the screened in patio, especially! I asked my husband, daughter, and niece if they had anything negative to say about this place and all they said is that they wish they could stay longer!! The only thing that confused me a bit was the washer/dryer situation, but it was all good after I emailed the host. The washer/dryer is shared by the tenants on the same floor. Oh, and speaking of emailing the host, she was SUPER quick to respond! Very thankful for that. I would also say if you’re bringing more than 2 people to stay here, might want to pack a couple more beach chairs. They provided 2 and an umbrella, but we should have brought a couple more chairs. All in all, it was a great week and we plan to stay here again next year!

Nice Condo in a Quiet Area

Nice condo in a beautiful area! Very quiet. A bit difficult to locate the condo at night upon check-in (condo property in general, and then specific condo due to being unable to see building number). Condo could also use a little TLC--e.g., screen door would not stay closed and wooden door was difficult to unlock with key (perhaps solveable by WD-40). No other complaints. Furthermore, EvoIve was super user friendly. I would definitely recommend this property!

The property is great…the location—not so much. Gators, bugs…very little surf (no waves—never seen anything like it). In low tide, you’ll walk a mile before you get to the waters edge. Loved the seclusion but there’s a reason.

No issues. Entry screen door needs a spring and handle. Patio doors need to be cleaned better. Smeared. A pleasant stay. Thanks.

Good stay at a great location

The condo is as presented. It may be showing just a bit sign of wear. It is nicely decorated and clean. It met our needs. That it took pets is a real bonus. The location is great and especially liked the quietness of the whole place. We felt very safe. It is a great place to return after a 'city' venture. Being right next to Hunting Island is fantastic. We were there off season so could not take advantage of the pool or pickle ball since no one was playing. We enjoyed staying here very much.

Decent place for the nightly cost

View is beautiful, location is good. Condition of the condo I would call "worn." It needs updating, linens on bed were getting ratty, some towels had visible yellow stains. Screen on porch had some tears that were letting in the biting gnats. Cabinets need painting....overall as reviewed....it was ok. But when you pay a high cost that includes 2/3 of the bill in fees, you should have high expectations. It was very nice that pets were allowed....without that option it would have been lower rated. Communications with host for parking pass were VERY responsive.

Nice small Condo

The condo was beautifully decorated. The screened-in balcony provided a great ocean and pool view and nice ocean breeze. The king bed was very comfortable. The complex was pet-friendly.

Can’t beat it for the price and pet friendliness

Property was a great location steps from the beach. It was clean and cozy. The patio view was great. It was great to be able to bring our pets - the fee was very reasonable. Despite dog friendliness, the neighborhood/surrounding area has little to no waste disposal sites- just the trash compactor , which was fine but inconvenient.

Nice place, absentee owner

Beautiful place great view condo was in good shape. Only issue was any time I reached out to local management ie owner, no response. Needed a pass to park a car and had no help.

Overview

1st. The elevator was out of service the 1st day so packing the luggage up 36 stairs to the 3rd level was kinda a bummer. Note: the elevator was repaired the next day though. 2nd. Need to switch out the pullout couch/bed mattress. It was stained. I recommend going to Hunting Island State Forest beach. Overall the stay was a good getaway.
