Immaculate charming small condo. Very comfortable bed. Pay attention to the number of stairs when packing your suitcases (several small ones instead one big one would be a good idea.) Nancy was responsive to our needs.

Enjoyed our stay. The condo was well appointed with everything we needed. Felt like home away from home for my family of four. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time. The condo was exactly as described. All we needed were beach towels. Very clean, comfortable with a good view. Nancy was very responsive. Definitely will stay there again next year.

Very clean and a good space for 2 adults with two children. My kids loved having their own beds up in the loft and we lived having a separate bedroom downstairs. As promised we had a great time watching and feeding turtles from the balcony.

Edisto Trip

Lovely place to enjoy Edisto Island. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the turtles in the water.

Very happy with this trip. We let the younger one stay in the loft with the portable ac. Used public beach access during the day. Sat on the porch and watched the turtles at night. Sharing the bathroom required coordination but it wasn’t bad and we never ran out of hot water. Master bedroom mattress was very comfortable. Only thing I’d make sure people knew beforehand is that it is on third floor. Again that was not a problem for us. Very cute place. Loved it.

When people read the entire listing, all the information they need to know is in there. Surprises come when they neglect to read, which i have also been guilty of when making a reservation.

Very nice property right where we wanted to be. Very small, I wouldn't put more than three people in this location, though. Nicely updated kitchen, the bed was comfortable, our son was upstairs and he enjoyed having his own space. The one drawback was that the cleaners had not cleaned the porch, so it was covered in pollen and we couldn't sit out there - everything was yellow. But I would say this is perfect for a couple wanting to just have a quiet place to get away.

Excellent vacation spot. Thoroughly enjoyed it. The back balcony overlooking the golf course and the view of the ponds with the turtles and the alligator we saw so cool. We drank coffee out there in the mornings, and thoroughly enjoyed the beach. Everything was accessible with an actual grocery store on the island. We would stay here again.

Perfect for a small family

We were in town for a wedding and this condo was just what we needed. Very peaceful and quiet with views of the golf course. My boys loved watching on the turtles from the balcony!

Perfect Getaway!

We enjoyed the condo so much! Had everything we needed to make it feel like our home away from home! The kids enjoyed sleeping in the loft and thought the spiral staircase was so fun! The view and getting to watch the turtles was great! We would definitely stay again! We always love to slow down and relax on Edisto! Nancy was so sweet to check in with us and make sure all was good upon arrival!

Great place at Edisto

Turtle View was a great place for a girls weekend! Nicely stocked kitchen. The balcony is so nice to have a cup of coffee in the morning and watch the turtles next to the golf course. One bedroom downstairs and 2 twin beds in the loft area. The host was great, even answered my call when I missed her email. Easy access when we showed up and easy check out.

Vacay and storm

Arivved just in time for tropical storm Debby. Everything went well, but we did lose power, which lasted less than 24 hrs. Because if storm (which lasted 4 of our 6 days there) we stayed indoors. The condo was very nice, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The owners called to check on us and were very kind. Overall i would rent this property again.

Property is in a golf community complex. The mosquitos were terrible we had to run to our car or we were eaten alive getting our bikes off the bike rack. Handwritten, check out rules on door were not written in a professional tone and I felt like we were glamping when we were additionally charged for using all the beds in the house instead of 1?! Edisto itself is lovely and we will definitely seek a more professional VRBO next time.

When people's expectations are not met they somehow become the fault of the other party. We are not an impersonal management company, and regret your displeasure, however; there's nothing anyone can do about the mosquitos that would've happened no matter where you stayed, and certainly the bikes removed from the bike racks have no bearing on the owners. We hope in the future you can find somewhere to stay that's better suited for you.

Nancy communicated with us effectively. There were some cleaning issues that she resolved immediately. She wanted to hear our concerns about the property so that she could address the issues quickly. Overall a great stay!

When guests arrive at separate times and check in early without prior approval, as stated in the listing, it underminds trust, from the beginning, which is necessary for a respectful, reliable guest-host relationship. Despite the loss of power and water (outside the owner's control), the stay was great.

I'm glad we had a few things in place for when power failures happen. We rely on guests to leave emergency supplies in place so I can guide the current guests. Many don't realize the importance of replacing thing to the spot they removed them from which can be difficult in the dark to find them.
