Ayres Rocks is set in a secluded street in the quiet southern end of town. This great brick home contains an array of comfortable features including 3 bedrooms inside and an adjoining studio bedroom with ensuite, 3 split system air-cons, spa bath, ceiling fans, walk-in master robe, side access, sheltered patio/bbq area and connectivity with another property on our list – Sea Breeze. It’s a versatile and lovely home that will satisfy your requirements for a stress-free, beach-side holiday! Gate access with adjoining property Sea breeze makes it perfect for two families.

4 bedrooms. Master Bed: queen, bed 2: queen, bed 3: 3 singles, bed 4 queen with ensuite.
All linen is supplied, except bath towels – please bring your towels
Fully equipped kitchen including microwave, family size fridge and oven
Initial stock of dishwashing liquid, spray cleaner, sponge & scourer are supplied – additional requirements for these items are to be provided by guests
Pets Allowed-$250 pet bond applicable.
Kitchen/ Dining and Lounge, plus fully equipped laundry with washing machine
TV, DVD player & CD player, ceiling fans with 3 air conditioners.
Back courtyard with outdoor setting, BBQ and fully fenced lawn area.
Ample room for cars, boats and trailers plus rear access to yard

Found the property to be very clean, might just want to remove the onions that are growing amd smelly in the cupboard. Awesome amount of bed linen and 2 queen beds were very comfy, not so much the single beds, but thats ok there for the kids. Outdoors area was lovely, would of enjoyed more if the neighbours dogs didnt bark all day. Would of loved the spare to work, had to make my own bubbles. Overall a pleasant stay.

Great stay

Had a great stay. Walk to beach is through sand hills however nice short stroll to other beach Nice house in nice area. My dog had a lovely holiday to do thank you for allowing pets. House could have been a little bit cleaner. House was well equipped and agent very accommodating and helpful 😊

Room for improvement, good potential property

We stayed 3 nights with 3 17 years old , 1,18 yo and our fur baby. House is spacious, kitchen very well equipped. Walking distance to the beach, quiet area with friendly neighbours. Cleanliness and maintenance could be improved but overall we had a nice stay at Ayres rock.

Great spot

Lovely house just a short walk to your pretty much own beach as everyone else goes either north or south of you.. House is set out well for a family except the master bed mattress is extremely soft. May I suggest to the owner they buy a new one.. Overall lovely stay.

Perfect house, perfect location

House is fantastic, great outdoor BBQ area with enough space for all guests. Comfortable beds, very close to the beach, would highly recommend and definitely be coming back! Communication with property manager was great. We have misplaced a watch- manager was extremely helpful in this situation. Side note if future guests find it somewhere in the house please let the property manager know, we will be very grateful :)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely stay here with my girlfriends and two kids. The house was in a fantastic location — just a short walk to the shops and the beach, whichmade everything super convenient. Inside, the place was very clean, spacious, and inviting. It had everything we needed to feel comfortable and enjoy our timetogether.A couple of small downsides were the large number of keys needed to access the property, which made getting in a bit tricky, and one of the wheelie bins was full and had a strong smell when we arrived. The backyard gardens were also a little unkempt, but this didn’t affect our stay too much.Overall, we loved the house and would happily rent it again. It’s a great spot for families and groups.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very happy with the house, it was very comfortable, with lots of appliances and in a quiet location. Easy walk to the Back Beach and still close enough to walk into or cycle into shopping area. The only negative was the vacuuming under beds was a bit lacking as found some rubbish under some of the beds and a build up of fluff, as they didn't appear to have been moved to clean under them. Otherwise the house was very clean. Great private outside entertaining area and secure back yard.Was a bit hesitant about booking it as it doesn't have a real beachy vibe from the front but would not hesitate to book again or recommend.Great house, we'll be back !

A great first stay in Lancelin

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A very nicely homely home with main things needed, only needing towels was a bonus. Queen beds were a little soft, but good to have linen provided. Roomy bathroom, just a shame the spa bath jets didn't work. Maybe less keys on keyring, as not all keys usable and hard to find main one for front door at first. Outdoors area shielded from weather and good for sitting for a cuppa etc and playing cards. Foxtel a good bonus, had a couple of warm days and house remained cool. Close to beach and shops, loved food variety incl Hotel brekky. Just need the bedside lamps plugged in and switched on as power points were behind beds/out of reach. Also, beds that were on wheels should have wheel locks to minimise movement when getting on/off. A great house overall to visit Lancelin, has everything you need.

Beach house short stay

A last minute decision to get away with the extended family for a few days surely paid off. Close enough to the centre of town that we could ride our bikes to the park. Backyard cricket, ocean swims, sand boarding and hide n seek. Plus, no wifi meant it was almost a screen free holiday - winning!
