LIVING SPACE - Cozy 900+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, smart TV, electric fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. Upstairs first bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and half bath. Upstairs second bedroom has a double bed.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - This home offers smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Exterior laundry area with washer/dyer.

Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great little cabin

Small but perfect for our needs. Nice natural area behind. Interior of the cabin was clean. We did not use much of the amenities provided, but everything we needed was there. Two beds upstairs, but both seemed to be doubles. Check-in was ok but a little inconvenient that we had to contact them first. All in all a nice place to stay.

The location was very good. Boulder Bay across the street and a few restaurants within walking distance. We had some issues with the smell of the place and it was reported to the management company. If you are looking for quiet this is not the place. Big Bear Blvd is at the end of the shared driveway and was very noisy especially on the weekends. The driveway is very steep and when we were there the neighbors who shared the driveway had renovations happening and often the driveway was blocked. Three times contractors with trailers could not back down the driveway and had to drive up to the cabin and turn around behind it so they could drive back down the driveway. Each time they would knock on the door and I would have to move my car. There was only one mirror in the entire place, in the downstairs bathroom. Also the 2nd bedroom headboard was leaning against the wall in the 1st bedroom over the dresser. The master bed though, was very comfortable and it was lovely being up against National Forest.
