This beautifully appointed condo is nestled away on the second floor with great mountain views right out the front door. The floorplan is an open concept with plenty of space to move around the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The dining room opens up to a walk-out patio that is the perfect place for morning coffee, or evening cocktails. Located in the Ventana Vista Condominiums, this condo is just minutes from some of the best hiking in Tucson, with trails in both Ventana Canyon and Sabino Canyon ready to be explored. There is also plenty of great golf nearby, restaurants, and shopping and bicycle enthusiast travel from around the world to train in the nearby foothills of the Santa Catalina Mountain Range. Clubhouse offers ping pong and pool and Tennis and Pickleball on site! There are also Electric Vehicle Charging Stations on Property for a minimal fee.
Drive just 30 minutes to the northeast and you can be at the top of Mount Lemon where the topography changes from desert sands to mountain pines as you climb to one of the highest peaks in the region. An ideal location for your Tucson getaway!

We had a wonderful month-long stay and without reservation recommend this condo. The pool is next door which makes it so convenient. We also made a number of friends. The exercise facility was well euipped. This is a well managed great develoment. This was our third stay and will not be our last.

Beautiful location and condo. No complaints except maybe the spare bedroom beds could have been a little more comfortable. Loved the landscaping of the complex and the view!Enjoyed our stay very much!

Great stay in Tuscon

We enjoyed our stay. Property was as advertised. Beautiful views & directly across from pool. Location was close in miles. Due to mountains & no highways, 5-10 miles takes 20 minutes. Tv option were great with cable & Roku. Internet was a little slow but usable. Would stay here again.

Beautiful Mountain Views

This was a great find! Friendly, quiet neighborhood with beautiful view of the mountains. Unit is a great location, close to pool and tennis/pickleball courts. Very clean with everything needed for an extended stay.

Beautiful, spacious unit in a gated community with a gorgeous setting and a designated parking spot. Very good management with good follow-through on requests. Kitchen was pretty well equipped. WiFi was not as reliable as hoped, but this could likely be fixed with a new router. Soundproofing between units was also just OK. However, otherwise, privacy and safety were both very good to excellent.

The stay was magnificent as always. The only problem we encountered was that the apartment was littered with cat hair. We are allergic to cat hair and the couches and bed (main bedroom) was full of cat hair. I will always recommend this apartment to all who would like to stay in a beautiful place like Ventana Vista

Sabino Canyon condo

We really liked the location, and the condo was clean and generally in good condition. The club house and pool area were both nice. Some of the appliances and furniture are a little dated. The biggest problem was with the TV. Although there was an Xfinity box, we had no local TV. I contacted the property manager and (after waiting two days) was told that the unit only had Roku box (not true). Also, the written instructions talked about how to use the cable TV. I had to use my computer attached to the TV to try to watch TV, but the internet was slow and this was at best a bandaid. I would think a working TV is kind of essential. I guess if I had complained more someone may have come by to try to fix it, but we were on vacation and did not want to spend the time waiting around.

Nice place to stay in Tucson

We enjoyed staying in this condo. Reviews commented on lack of newer pots & pans, there are all new ones here now! It's a very quiet condo association which was fine with us. We had a few friends over for dinner with no complaints about noise. FYI there are quite a few stairs up to the condo, some from the parking lot and more up to the actual condo. This was an issue for us because I had a fractured tibia and my husband was recovering from hip surgery. Nothing else was available but we managed. The pool area is lovely! We would stay again.

Property manager very attentive. About 1.5 miles from renowned Sabino Canyon hiking area. Shopping, dining close by. Nice pool/hot tub across from the unit. Second-floor, so some stairs. But it all worked great for us.

Better than expected

All rooms seemed even bigger and more spacious in person. The condo was perfect and well appointed. Most kitchenware seemed like it had never been used before. Both Jeanine and Delisa were exceptional to deal with!

Very nice condo

We rented this condo for four weeks while helping take care of our new granddaughter. The condo was conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, and Sabino Canyon. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet and the AC worked great. Could use an upgrade of cooking pots/pans. Most were old non-stick pans but were scratched and we didn’t want to cook with anything that might expose us to PFOA’s. We didn’t cook much anyway, but upgrading those would make this place perfect. We would stay again if we have another extended stay.

Spacious condo in great location

This condo is large and comfortable, though a bit worn. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. The unit is convenient to the pool and hot tub, and Sabino Canyon trails are just up the street. I’d stay here again.
