Enjoyed the rustic setting, the amenities and ambience of the apartment, and relaxing atmosphere. Not far from the Airport. Had trouble finding the key lockbox in the dark, TV picture good but sound was indistinct. Would recommend the apartment.

The property was nice with nice gardens but was unaware that it was a huge house and was attached and it was hard to find where to go as the real estate who manage the place never gave me a map of where to go and the photos didn't show it being a house.one of the nights we were there we had no hot water we rang them and they communicated via email for hours trying to get us to fix the problem but we were unable because we knew nothing about gas instantaneous hot water systems and they fixed it while we were out the next day but did not discount the price of the booking which wasn't good.

Not easy to access.
The property was lovely. For us, the bed was too soft and the plastic covering on the doona made it slip off the bed which was very annoying and cold.
The locked box was not easy to find at all let alone in the dark.
The unit is part of the main house- so slightly aware of the owners. Laundry facilities are shared with the owners- unfortunately it was in use when I wanted to wash a few pieces. We were asked in an email to do the dishes & empty the bins ( I thought that is included in the cleaning fees). Otherwise a beautiful place to unwind with everything that is needed.
We found the bed extremely comfortable but didn’t like the polyester bedding as there was no cooling or even a fan so very hot to sleep. There was no Privacy as the host family had to walk past your windows to access their cars and as there was only drapes and blinds at the windows there was clear access to inside so could do with some sheer curtains to solve this problem. We both have hearing problems and for some reason could not use the remote to change the volume or put captions on the tv. We did have the owner try to help initially and then Management tried also which helped somewhat but was still very difficult for us to hear. as we could not adjust it to our satisfaction.
To start with, the description of the apartment is totally misleading. We chose the "stunning views" in case the weather was bad. The "stunning views" from the apartment are of a section of formal garden with a clipped hedge around the rotary clothes line. We had expected rural views.. The delay in providing directions and entry information came too late. We had packed our computers and were on the road to the overnight ferry to Tasmania--a 3 hour drive. This delay was extremely stressful. We received a telephone map on the phone while driving but it was just of the general area. The microwave oven on top of the refrigerator is difficult to access. A hook or rail is needed for the teatowel. There were only 7 teabags for two people for a 10 night stay. There was no house info package in the apartment. The TV turned itself on every day at noon whether we were there or not. When a piercing alarm started we thought it was the smoke alarm and rang the emergency number and were told to climb up and switch it off! This would have been very dangerous. There was no broom to try and switch it off. The alarm continued for about half an hour until the owners came home and turned it off. It was their sewerage system alarm. We found the heating oppressive and the emergency contact told us to refer to the information whch was then sent us--21 pages, but all it said was that heating system was supplied. We just wanted to turn it down. The doona was extremely heavy and kept slipping off.
