Very handy to Cataract Gorge, and walkable to the city (30mins or so), or bus/car.Well appointed, everything needed to cook if thats what you want to do. Clean and warm, nice view.

Unit and location were fantastic. Very peaceful, lovely views. Unit well equipped and very spacious and comfortable. Absolutely loved it. Close to grocer down the hill for convenient supplies. Would recommend and hope to stay again some day.

Home was clean and tidy with all amenities required for a short stay. Nice walk into City Centre 20 minutes. Caught the 150 bus back to save the uphill walk. Small supermarket, cafe, baker, chemist 100 metres away. Undercover parking provided. No hesitation in recommending this property. Noelene from Sydney Australia.

Thank you Ron for the use of your gorgeous home . The views were amazing and well set up and definitely comfortable . Could do with a nice thick doona in winter , just a suggestion , but the extra blanket came in handy . Will definitely stay there again , and it’s a gem of a property and in a great location, so close to everything . Had a slight problem with fly screen door that wouldn’t close properly and had come out of frame , but it’s all good , no mozzies around so it wasn’t too bad . Nevertheless a 10/10 for me . Lovely stay

A relaxing getaway, in this home away from home. Close to the city, beautiful views and a well stocked kitchen with thoughtful extras. Enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, very tidy house and everything as described. Ron was very helpful and timely to communicate with. Highly recommend and look forward to returning.

Great Location, Great Views

Well furnished apartment with fabulous views. Ideally located for visiting Launceston and the surrounding areas. Eating dinner down the hill at Cataract is a must!

Nice little house perched on the hill

Outwardly everything was great. Nice house with everything you need. But there were a few minor problems, like the front door being hard to lock and unlock, the bathroom door not being attached at the bottom, a dishwashing brush that was dirty and old (I bought a new one), the blinds needed a good clean as did the outside furniture. But it was a great location with lovely views and very near a good deli supermarket.

Great Views of Launceston

Located in an ideal spot close to the city, & Cataract Gorge. Sun streamed through the large windows, on our mild autumn days. The apartment had everything needed for our stay. We’d highly recommend it to other couples.

Beautiful views over the city especially at night

In a great position (we had a car so did not use public transport) close to the city and very easy to access Launceston surrounds. Great supermarket within walking distance. The house was comfortable and has everything necessary for a great stay.

This is a beautiful property perched on the hill flooded with natural light from floor to ceiling windows. Modern amenities and great deck area. We are walkers, so no problem walking to and from downtown. Enjoyed our daytrips from this location. It was all great

Very Comfortable

Very roomy and comfortable with all modern amenities - full size kitchen and laundry. Well located close to great IGA and coffee shop. EXCELLENT WiFi. Great outside deck with views over Launceston. Would definitely recommend.

Great location with all the extras

Great unit with an amazing view that includes all the amenities my wife & I was looking for. Very clean. Had to contact owner as I had some special needs and he was very helpful, a very decent bloke. Would recommend this unit, especially for couples who want to take in some sights.
