Wonderful winter getaway!

My family and I stayed a week at this house and it was wonderful! Great location, walking distance to Tigertail beach and park (for the kids), very close to restaurants, beaches, shopping! House was very clean, pool was great, and on the water! WIll book this house again!

The house was great! Loved the neighborhood and the canal it backed up to! It would bean easy 5 stars except for one person I had to deal with at the management company. After some questions about the pool (and having to call 3 days in a row) I had to deal with Peggy. She may have been having a hard day (we all do) but she was rude and hung up on me after lecturing me for doing things I didn’t do. She also gave my phone number to the pool maintenance man when I specifically asked her not to. I was on vacation. I didn’t want to deal with their pool. I honestly thought that was so wildly inappropriate of her. My phone number is private.

Beautiful home.

Very nice home in a quiet neighborhood with lots of things the kids can play with and not get bored. The house is fully equipped and very clean. I would definitely be staying there again.

Aaaahhhh

Location and facility were just what my family needed for a few days of sunshine, peace and quiet. Location was perfect for walking and jogging as well as some fishing. Stones throw from the beach as well. We would stay here again.

Pool was dirty looking as well as pool deck. No room for chairs on deck. 2nd bathroom which was ours backed up. Plumbers came twice. Left a big mess which we had to clean and used all the toilet paper. Many light switches were very confusing. No light in overhead fixture in guest bedroom. Tv never worked in guest bedroom. Light in 2nd bathroom over toilet did not work. Since my husband lived on Marco Island for 20 years we knew where to eat and shop.Lastly, the rental company Horizon has a very unpleasant way of dealing with guests. These rentals are expensive and you should expect better. I have rented many vacation rentals and this was a first being treated so poorly.

Great property

Clean, nice layout. Appreciated it not being "over decorated" and full of knick knacks. We had 4 kids from age 12 down to age 4 and they had a blast with all of the games, foosball, and ping pong table. Also enjoyed the warm water in the pool and dock accessibility for fishing. This is a wonderful property.

Great Vacation

Overall a great house in a fantastic location. House was very clean as was pool. Did have an issue with the shower curtain rod in guest bathroom. Reached out asking to have it looked at as it kept falling even after adjusted. Did not hear back.

Great location, close to beaches and grocery stores. If you plan to stay be sure to wear insect repellent at dawn/dusk times while outside, many of us were bitten by noceeums. The only other amenities that would’ve been nice to have available was a beach wagon and umbrella. Overall, a great property that was accurately represented.

Great Location, could be cleaner

The location of this house was perfect. Can walk to Tigertail Beach and free parking at South Beach. The pool area wasn't clean and the pool itself wasn't usable (looked like algae growth). Could have complained to get it cleaned, but we were only there a short time.

Nice home & Great location for boating

House was a perfect rental. There were a couple of inconveniences (like a/c shut off on 4th of july from condensation line clog & locked out from digital lock w/ low battery ) but management company was very responsive. Annoying because could have been averted with proper maintenance. Master & master bath was nice and roomy , other 2 bed rooms were average and clean. Very close proximity to beach and dining. Only 40mins to gulf by boat due to idle speed. One Bridge with 10height clearence during high tide.

Great House

We stayed in this house for our Spring Break. We have 3 sons, age 14, 10, and 7. There was plenty of space for us. The house was clean, open, and easy. The boys swam everyday, we walked to Tigertail beach many mornings and found tons of seashells. The view was nice and very quiet at all times. The advertised snook light for night fishing did not work. My boys were disappointed they couldn't try that, but otherwise the house was as advertised. Beautiful week for us and we would definitely recommend.

Overall great stay. The house came stocked with pretty much anything you would need. Minor detail there were not hot mitts for the stove. I am guessing they were once there, but the stove top is a little tricky, so guessing they got burnt and never replaced. I tired to buy some and leave them there but they didn't have them at the store I was at. Location is great, near anything you would need. Pool was grest for kids and adults. One major downfall for our group was the snook light didn't work. The kids were bummed but we got over it. (Maybe don't advertise the snook light in the listing). Beds were just fair, but sleep-able. The house is a little outdated, but overall more than acceptable for a little staycation. Ice maker is small, so needed to get bags of ice. We rented a 6 passenger golf cart that was delivered and picked up right at the house. Never got in my car one time, just used the golf cart. Highly recommend renting one. The property management were very quick to respond and accommodated as needed, much better than other management companies I have dealt with in the past. Check in-Check out easy. Wi-Fi worked great. Keyless entry was easy. They had 4 bikes but none of them were rideable. Flat tires. Ping pong paddles broken, but was not an issue for us. Before we left the kids already asked if we could come back next year again. I would definitely rent the house again. Overall great stay!

Beautiful and peaceful place to stay!

We enjoyed our long weekend at this beautifully furnished home, with comfortable furniture in peaceful light blue and tan tones. It has been updated so everything is in top shape. Coffee in the morning on the back deck was a extra plus with an enjoyable view of the water. The home was impeccably clean, the large tv in the living room was enjoyed for watching movies at night, the bikes were very much appreciated to bike around the neighborhood (which is quiet, easy and safe to navigate) and the pool was terrific! All in all, a great place to stay. Thank you!
