Centrally located Apartment with views over the Bay. This well-appointed property has 3 bedrooms, main with Queen Size bed, second bedroom with Queen Size bed and third with 2 single beds. Modern kitchen with dishwasher. Comfortable lounge with DVD and a flat-screen TV. Fully equipped laundry/ bathroom with toilet, washing machine & dryer. Two-car garage. The apartment can be accessed via the garage by the steps or the side entrance by the driveway- no steps. Beautiful views over Boston Bay from the front balcony. Lovely enclosed courtyard with BBQ area to sit and relax with a book (hot tub not in use).

Very good accomodation within easy walking distance to the ocean and shops, hotels and restaurants. Very comfortable beds and lounge furniture, modern appliances and a sea view from the balcony. A little light on supplies with no soap shampoo and conditioner in the shower and strong air freshener that we had to move to outside

Details need updating

While the property was clean and comfortable we were disappointed to find only 1 bathroom. Stayz advertised 2 bathrooms which is what we wanted. We would not have booked this place if we'd known the facts. It was also very noisy with roadworks quite close.
