Weekend in Victoria

The location of the property was perfect for exploring downtown Victoria. We were literally steps from everything. The only negative was that the street noise was a little loud at night, but that’s to be expected staying in a city. Overall, we had a great trip and would love to visit again!

Quite adequate except for: 1) Picking up keys 2) Only one elevator working 3) Internet worked fine for TV and Netflix but quite inadequate for phone and laptop (were forced to use our data plan through personal hotspot)

Little Gem in Victoria

Great Location! The condo has everything you need. We had a fantastic time staying at the condo. Prior to our arrival, the host Chris informed us about some issues but we quickly sorted it out. We are so glad we found this place, definitely will come back! Thank you Chris!

Clean, tidy, incredible space

Chris is a fantastic host - responsive, communicative and totally on top of all of it. The space is exactly as pictured - clean and tidy and simple but with all the things you will need for a short or long stay. Much appreciated & will come back.

Annual Girls BFF Vacation

The location was perfect. The unit was clean. The beds were very comfortable. Chris (the owner) was quick to respond to any and all our questions. If I had one criticism, it would be the furniture. The dining room chairs were not too comfortable and you could feel the springs poking you when sitting on the sofa. That said, we would still come back again. Thanks

Impressed

The unit is very clean and attractive. We were impressed and would stay again. We have one question. The ad said it sleeps six, but we only found 2 queen sized beds. The couch was not a pull-out bed. Where do the other two people sleep? Thanks.

Grandkids spring break!

Great location great apartment but living room furniture totally uncomfortable for sleeping or sitting. Because of this issue would not stay in this apartment again😢

What a location!

Wow, this property was SOOO clean! It was located a short walk to the harbour, right behind the Empress. Walk to everwhere! Underground secure parking was a major perk due to the downtown location. Would stay again for sure.

Perfect for Victoria

Great location in downtown Victoria. Close to everything including the opera, the legislature, all the local attractions. Great setup for a family or work.

The condo was great for us. The neighborhood had homeless sleeping outside the buildings front door.

Renting the property went well. Finding the 7/11 to get the key was puzzling at first.

Great locatio

Nice location. Property was clean and nicely appointed. Chris responded quickly in our communications. We had one issue with parking but it was resolved. Check-in process was smooth and easy.

Overall the property was clean and comfortable. The location was ideal for our downtown wedding. There are a few things that need attention: dishwasher rack and toilet paper holder broken, no pool towels, key fob wasn’t working on arrival, no cable, and the AC was broken. The AC was the hardest part with warm summer days. Contacted the owner (who was quick with responses) and informed him about these issues. None of the issues really caused us inconvenience expect the AC. We needed to cool the place down with keeping the balcony door open which is hard when you have a toddler. They always want to go out there and it’s a long way down if they fall, so it was hard to relax. Owner did not offer a discount for the AC which was disappointing for the price.

Lovely

Property met our needs, was clean and spacious. Great location. Only wish there were clearer instructions on the parkade before you entered the unit because we tried to park the car before reading the FAQ card upstairs. Would stay here again next time we are in Victoria.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Chris’ apartment in Victoria. It was clean, had everything we needed and was very close to the harbour, restaurants, Beacon Hill park and other sites.

Great location

Had a very nice time, condo was great with having two full bathrooms along with nice patio to enjoy coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. If we visits Victoria again we will plan to stay here again. Cheers

Wonderful stay

The condo was amazing - exactly like in the photos, spacious and bright. Steps to parliament, downtown Victoria and the Inner harbour. The bedrooms were east facing and got very bright in the morning which was a bit tricky with kids, but otherwise fantastic stay! Thanks so much Chris!

Highly Recommend

Myself, my husband and 2 very young children stayed here. The property was very clean and had all the amenities we required. The location was great! Very close to all the things we wanted to see and gave us a wonderful downtown Victoria experience. Definitely highly recommend this property to anyone and especially a family!

2 Nights in Victoria

Place was VERY nice; we loved the set-up of the apartment. There were a few of 'issues', which the owner responded to promptly: 1) we could not get the air conditioner to cool the unit appropriately. I did text with the owner about this and she told me what to do, but it was still not cool enough for us. Maybe because it doesn't get really hot in Vancouver, the air conditioner wasn't set-up to cool as much as we would like (?????). 2) I could not get the 'Key Cafe' to work when we were ready to leave. Once again, I texted and the owner promptly responded and we worked everything out. The only other thing: We wish we had known ahead of time that there was no TV reception: no basic cable, no over-the-air reception. There was a TV, and suggestion to log-in to your own streaming services (which we did not have). That would have been nice to have in the property description. Otherwise, it was a very nice place; well appointed and very clean!!!

Great location

Location was excellent. The apartment is in very close walking distance to the empress hotel, parliament buildings, and waterfront. Also close to downtown and Chinatown. Kitchen was well equipped with dishes, pots and pans, and seasonings. The parking garage was convenient and secure. Overall great value for the price, would definitely stay here again if we have the chance
