This lovely 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom electric-heated pool home with gulf access is centrally located in the heart of Cape Coral and is conveniently close to shopping centers and a variety of restaurants. It also has easy connections to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island, and the Fort Myers Airport.

Living Room: As you enter Villa Lilly, you will appreciate its cozy environment. The large living room furnished with comfortable reclining couches invites you to linger in front of the TV or enjoy a chat with friends and family.

Kitchen/Dining Room: The kitchen has lovely granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of counter space for you to prepare memorable meals for your friends and loved ones. The dining area sits next to the kitchen and has seating for up to six guests. There is also an additional breakfast nook with seating for four with an idyllic view of the water. Both the dining area and breakfast nook provide you direct access to the spacious pool and lanai area.

Master Bedroom/Bathroom: The master bedroom is found off of the living room and features a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and private access to the pool through the glass sliders. The attached bathroom includes a walk-in shower; this bathroom also serves as a pool bath as it leads directly to the lanai. The walk-in closet perfect for your wardrobe and shopping treasures.

Guest Bedrooms/Bathrooms: The additional guest bedrooms are on the other side of the house for an added sense of privacy. One bedroom offers a queen-size bed with a desk available to use for those who need to get some work done while away from home. Of course, there is high-speed internet and Wifi, allowing you to connect with the world with ease. The other guest bedroom also offers a cozy queen-sized bed with glass sliders for direct access lanai. From this bedroom, you also have a fantastic view of the pool. Both bedrooms share the second bathroom, which has a shower/tub combination.

Pool/Lanai/Dock: Enjoy your company on the lanai, which offers plenty of seating for you to gather. The electric heated pool has a spectacular southern exposure to enjoy the Florida sun from sunrise to sunset. There are sun loungers available for you to use while you work on your Florida tan! You can also make your way down to the sundeck, where you can enjoy your morning coffee as you watch the calming water and turtles. If you are feeling adventurous, you can use the bicycles available for you to be able to explore your surroundings or you can challenge your friends to a friendly game of Ping-Pong.
