• Pets are allowed for $40/day, maximum $250 per stay (no cats, please). Please let us know upon booking if you plan to bring a dog.

• Fraud Prevention: Manager reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to screen all prospective renters, including but not limited to verification of identity and evaluation for potential fraud, as a condition of accepting any reservation.
• Mail service may not be available. Any deliveries sent to the mailbox can not be retrieved.
• *Pool heating is available as an optional service beyond the ambient outdoor temperature. We charge a daily pool heating fee starting at $35 per day to cover the extra energy costs required to maintain the pool at a comfortable temperature, usually between 78°F and 82°F.
