Exclusive 1bd villa in a prime Island hotspot

Kapalua Golf Villa 27 V 3 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom villa that offers unobstructed ocean and golf course views, an in-unit washer/dryer, and central A/C. Please note that this property does not have elevators. Unit 27V 3 can accommodate up to 4 guests. As you step into the master bedroom you will be welcomed by the king-size bed, access to your own private lanai, and an en suite bathroom. The spacious bathroom connects to the living area through the powder room. The entire condo has tile flooring to provide a cool surface after a long day in the sun. Make your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy them on one of the two dining tables inside or outside.

This unit was recently remodeled to add bamboo cabinets, granite countertops, travertine showers, stainless steel appliances, and contemporary blinds. Located at the end of the cul-de-sac and is close to 1 of the 4 pools and barbeque areas available to guests.

The Kapalua Golf Villas offers guests 4 family-friendly pools and does not have resort or parking fees. The units will have stairs to climb either up or down to the front door and the complex does not have elevators. Staying in the prestigious neighborhood of Kapalua, you will enjoy being close to restaurants, tennis courts, two golf courses, the Golf Shop, the Tennis Shop, and beaches such as Kapalua Bay, Napili Bay, Oneloa, Honolua Bay, and more!

Whale of a stay

We sat and watched whales while drinking wine on the nicely furnished lanai. Great views quiet and located close to the beach and dinning. Will definitely stay here again

Away from the hustle of Lahaina

We very much enjoyed our time at Dr Ken's condo. It is a quiet spot, with nice views, and nice amenities. If you're looking for a busy beach scene, with restaurants and a boardwalk, this isn't it. Zac at My Perfect Stays was very good to work with. Enjoy yourself!

Perfect location

Perfect location in Kapalua Golf Villas with unobstructed views! We enjoyed our week long stay. Unit was clean and well appointed. Beach towels & chairs, cooler, etc. also provided. This was very much appreciated. Enjoy a nice walk to 3 beaches, golf course or the Honolua store for your needs. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing trip with a spectacular location

We can't say enough good things about our experience, the condo had a beautiful view and location was phenomenal. Every detail was well thought out from the welcome basket, to the beach chairs, snorkel gear, and cooler. There is so much to do within a short drive of the condo like snorkeling at the beaches close by. The condo was super clean and the management company was fabulous. We cannot wait to come back.

Spirit of Aloha!

Aloha, I had a great time during my stay at Ken's golf villa! Not only is the place filled with aloha spirit through decorations and cleanliness but the staff was lovely & helpful. The views were unbeatable! Very quiet and relaxing location with views of the golf course, Napali town and neighbouring islands. Ken's villa was stocked with everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable!! Would stay here again in the future and would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
