Elegant property featuring 5000 square meters of well groomed gardens and fruit trees oceanfront. Property has two pools and a spa. Nicest property in the area. We also provide 24 hour security, air conditioning and WiFi. The beach in front of the property is big and quiet. Walk 10 minutes down the beach if you want populated. The property has 4 guest houses. Boat house sleeps 4, Lower and upper poolside houses sleep 2, cottage sleeps 2 with a Queen bed. The property has an outdoor kitchen and BBQ. Breakfast is served daily and included in the price. Each house is rented and priced separately.

A very enjoyable and very safe experience on a beautiful pacific beach south of Puerto Lopez.

The room, in a small 2 story building facing west, has an amazing view of the ocean and of the gardens. It is part of a well manicured and exclusive private property situated on a long stretch of beach. The service was impeccable. We had a lovely stay and we will return.

Everything we hoped for!

Lovely gardens, amazing pool, spectacular views, attentive hosts and staff. This place is exactly as pictured. It is clean, organized, and absolutely beautiful. The location is on a stretch of beach in which you can walk for miles in either direction. The property is extremely well maintained and feels new. From fresh fruit and breads to eggs cooked to order, the breakfast is delightful. In the evening the jacuzzi is the most relaxing place to see the stars and amazing constellations. Day trips from here are accessible by bus or taxi, but we preferred to walk the beach. During our 30 day stay, we never tired of returning to Sunset Gardens for a dip in the pool and a spectacular sunset from the boat house roof.

Very comfortable and clean.

My fiancé and I stayed in the upper floor of the pool house. We had an amazing time and plan on returning next year. Owner and staff are really pleasant and easy to deal with we felt safe and relaxed the entire trip. Beautiful property and spectacular beach we can't wait to return .

Absolutely delightful and relaxing

My wife and I stayed at this beautiful beachfront property for ten relaxing and stress free days. The place exceeded our expectations in every way, starting with a nice room and good bed, a nice breakfast every morning with lots of fresh fruit, hammocks strung between the palms for further relaxation, a beach for taking long walks, of course the ocean within footsteps, and my favorite part the beautiful pool that always seemed to be the perfect temperature. The area is very quiet and secure with plentiful food shopping within a few miles at a really nice little town. ( Olon ). A few more miles down the road is Montanita, a place with a lot more dining options and nightlife. The owner was always attentive and the staff always helpful and friendly. We loved the time we spent here and would definitely stay here again.

I absolutely love the area. This property was not listed for sale when I bought it. When I first saw it, I believed it was the most beautiful property on the coast of Ecuador. I still think it is.

Very large secure property. Spectacular property with well maintained gardens, two very nice pools, Jacuzzi, direct access to the beach. The guest houses are situated in a manner where guest can be as social or as private as they want.
