Located east of Coastal Highway, this adorable townhome offers 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a one-car garage, and an open floor plan with both the living and dining areas located just off the kitchen. The first-floor primary bedroom is spacious and features a bathroom and a walk-in closet. Second-floor highlights include an additional master bedroom with a bathroom and walk-in closet, two additional bedrooms, a loft area with a queen sized futon, and laundry. The Reserves of Nassau includes a community pool. Additionally, this community is situated adjacent to the new Lewes-Georgetown Bike Trail, which connects to the popular Junction & Breakwater Trail. Enjoy easy access to Route One at this premier location only 4 miles to Historic Downtown Lewes and the Beach!

Please do not opt for Damage Protection or Traveler's Insurance as these will be offered through the property manager directly. All Credit Card transactions through property manager are subject to a 3% Convenience Fee. ACH is also available for no additional fee.

This property was everything a girl could ask for. It was perfect for our little get away with the kids and so many things in the garage for beach fun!

Great place for large groups

This property was great for our group of 9. Kids and adults had plenty of space. It was very clean and had everything we needed to cook meals. Pool was small but never crowded. Would definitely stay again.

Dirty and disappointing

The house was not cleaned well before the stay. The house itself was nice but the floors were filthy. It made the bottoms of our feet black almost immediately after getting there. Inside the pantry was a mop with a dirty gross used mop pad on it but no other mop pads or cleaner anywhere for us to even do it ourselves. The air filter on the ceiling outside of one of the rooms was disgusting. It was so heavily filled with dirt and caving in and looked like it hadn’t been changed in years. It said it was a stocked kitchen but their were no baking dishes and the pots were all scratched up and unusable. Outside of these issues it was a nice house and communication with as easy but considering how much we paid to stay there we expected it to be better.
