We are within walking distance to the community pool, grocery store, movie theaters, restaurants, waterpark, go karts, mini golf & and tax free outlet shopping!

Lewes Beach & Cape Henlopen State Park are about 10 minutes away and Rehoboth Beach is about 15 minutes away.

The location was great, and overall this was a solid option for the weekend. The pool is a short drive away, which was a little inconvenient (especially with a toddler) but not a deal breaker. The golf crowd wasn’t too distracting, though the large tree in the back does block the view of the course and hangs over the deck quite a bit, which made eating outside less enjoyable. Hot water took a while to reach some areas of the house, but that’s understandable in a larger property. Inside could use a deeper clean and a few updates, but overall it met our needs and worked well for our stay.

Generally a nice property. There were convenient features like onsite dumpster, bathroom and shower on every floor. It was great that we didn’t have to get separate linen service. Would recommend this property.

Vert comfortable

This was exactly as it appeared on the listing. Very comfortable and perfect location. We spent a lot of time on Lewes Beach and the little town and it was so easy to get to and from this location even on a busy holiday weekend. We also went to Rehobeth one night to Funland and that area and it was also a very easy drive. I would highly recommend to anyone. The host answers messages in what feels like minutes, she is very attentive and helpful. We only used the pool once, but it was lovely. My husband and son in law played golf a few times and loved it.

Great stay, exactly like the pictures and description

What you see is exactly what you get. It was a great space, clean and comfortable. Can comfortably sleep the number noted, everyone has their own space to be comfortable in. Loved all the outdoor options. The location can’t be beat, walking distance to grocery store, short ride to the beach and the community has a pool for the days you want to switch it up. Bonnie was easy to work with and very communicative. Hoping we can rent again next year.

Great location, cleanliness, responsive by host, listing accuracy, super easy check in/out process..

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was spacious with large rooms overall. The linens and towels were a great bonus! It was clean. The location was awesome we literally drove to different areas/beaches each day to explore which were only few min drives depending on traffic! The pool was nice (someone told us they recently updated it) so it was very clean. one thing I learned tho that pool is not within reasonable walking distance so our 15 yr old couldnt walk down or go himself to ensure safety. but not a big deal we would just drive down to it. Would definetly stay here again. Also host was very quick to respond to my messages!

Fantastic place

We absolutely loved this property. It was spacious, clean, and in a great location. The towels and linens were also a real bonus! We highly recommend a stay at this amazing space. Also being able to step out the door right onto the golf course is a great feature!

Our stay

We enjoyed our stay very much! The place was big enough for our family and the kids loved the air hockey table! Beautiful and spacious bedrooms! The pool was on the smaller end and we didn’t go in because we never saw any kids there and didn’t want to disrupt the peace haha…. Overall a great stay! The host was very responsive to any questions!

Fun Experience

This home is located in a central location right off of Route 1. It has a great golf course and nice pool amenities that our family really enjoyed. We had an issue with the pool pass and the host immediately fixed the issue and was very receptive and responsive to any questions we had.

Okay, but won’t return.

House was not very clean upon arrival. Had to vacuum the entire house when we got there, the garbage disposal was blocked and not working, so had to fix that as well. Contacted the owner and got ZERO response. House definitely needs a lot of updating. Sinks were clogged, towels were left in the dryer, the pantry was full of random stuff. Spices were outdated by 8 to 10 years, towels were on their last leg. Nothing certainly that couldn’t be overlooked, but when charged $150 cleaning fee I expect the place to be reasonably clean. Definitely had higher expectations based on the charge for the week.

Great set up and location

The Condo was set up beautifully for 5 of us to stay with plenty of room to spread out. Even had an air hockey table for fun. Right next to American Classic Golf Club and easy access to other amenities. Super clean and had everything we needed.
