Very clean and a great location. There are so many beautiful state parks in the area. We did a lot of hiking. We also enjoyed the Jacksonville zoo which had its Chinese lanterns lit in the evening. Everything we used worked well. The only negative was the size and layout of the 3rd bedroom. The screened rear porch was a wonderful place to watch birds while we enjoyed our morning coffee. Thanks for the great communication and your hospitality.

Great stay!

The house was very nice and the location was great. The only drawback about the house was the third bedroom, too small for the trundle bed and mattress was bad. The house itself was super clean!

This was our 2nd year staying at this house and it was once again, perfect:) check-in was a bit cumbersome - wrong door code on the check-in packet.

If had everything we need for a week long stay. We loved the close proximity to the beach. We also loved the porches!

Convenient Location; Small House

Enjoyed our first visit to Amelia. The house was close to the beach/ restaurants/ Publix; etc. but it is on the main drag which can be loud/ busy with traffic at night. The house was sufficient for just my wife and I but could see where it would be cramped for parties of more than 3 or 4 (tiny bathrooms). Definitely a "Vintage" home as the description indicates but well decorated for beach living mode. The kitchen is small and the fridge is too large for the space and will not open all the way. Some of the dishes were dirty and one of the cooking pans still had food stuck to it which was nasty. I expected a little more for the price but it worked for us since access to the beach was important. The rental company staff were excellent. All in all it was a good stay.

Beach cottage

I loved the cottage charm! We really enjoyed our time. Everything is near by the beach is right across. Stores are 5 minutes away. Places to visit were close too. We really enjoyed our time there.
