Fabuloso condominio frente al mar 3BR / 3BA

Este es un fabuloso condominio de tres habitaciones en la comunidad Sailmaker. La unidad es una unidad del piso superior en el edificio 7 que tiene vistas perfectas sobre las dunas al océano. Hay tres baños completos y la unidad ha sido completamente remodelada con pisos de travertino, mostradores de granito, duchas de travertino, alfombra nueva, ropa de cama nueva y ropa de cama nueva, por nombrar solo algunos lujos.

El dormitorio principal está arriba con una vista espectacular a la playa y tiene un baño privado y una cama king. El dormitorio de invitados de arriba tiene un baño privado y una cama litera (doble sobre completo con doble nido). El dormitorio de invitados del primer piso tiene una cama queen y hay un baño completo en el primer piso al otro lado del pasillo desde el dormitorio.

El gran porche trasero es un excelente lugar para relajarse y disfrutar de espectaculares amaneceres o cócteles por la tarde con vista a la playa. La unidad tiene una cocina completamente equipada y una gran mesa de comedor que hacen que comer sea una alegría.

Es un corto paseo por las dunas para pasar un día divertido en la playa. La comunidad tiene una bonita piscina escondida en los robles costeros que es un lugar maravilloso para relajarse y el complejo cuenta con un gran césped de 2 acres con vista a la playa para que los niños corran y disfruten.

Sailmaker se encuentra aproximadamente a 1/2 milla al sur del Ritz Carlton y aproximadamente 1. 5 millas al norte del Omni Resort. Ambos son excelentes destinos con una variedad de restaurantes, tiendas, golf, servicios completos de spa y una variedad de otras actividades. El centro de Fernandina está a solo 10 minutos y es otro gran lugar para comer y divertirse.

Algunos otros lugares / actividades favoritas son Fort Clinch State Park, Kayak Amelia, Kingsley Plantation y Cumberland Island National Seashore.

Nuestro Sailmaker Condo es el lugar perfecto para sus vacaciones en Amelia Island.

Great vacation

Perfect Spring Break

A wonderful condo on the beach. Getting to the beach was easy and being able to hear the ocean waves in the condo was perfect! There was plenty of room for our family of 5 and having three bathrooms was great.

Views and location

This property is spacious with nice ocean views. It’s set back from the road which makes it feel less busy than other parts of the island. It’s well stocked and also has beach supplies like chairs and towels. Nick was a great host. We would stay here again.

Really nice condo with great views of ocean.

Beautiful inside and well maintained with very comfortable beds. Easy to find location and within a few miles of historic Fernandina Beach. Very nice beach across sand dunes walkway.

Great family getaway!

We loved our stay. It was our third Amelia trip, but our first time at this property. The location and view are perfect! The second bedroom upstairs is great for kids, but works great for adults as well. We will definitely be back!

Family beach time

We have stayed here multiple times and love the location! The beach and views are gorgeous and the space is perfect for our family! We also love that shorter stays are an option when so many places require a week long stay! We will come back again for sure!!

A Wonderful Beachfront Location

Spring break

We had a great stay in this condo! Three girls and moms on their senior spring break. Perfect for walking to the beach. Enjoyed breakfast and sunsets on the balcony. Enjoyed watching some wildlife from the balcony, turtles and rabbits. Beds were super comfortable, enough space for all of us to enjoy games at the kitchen table and movies in the living room. First time to Amelia Island. Drove to the downtown several times for shopping and dinners out easy drive.Would definitely recommend staying here

New years stay

The place was really nice. The location was absolutely perfect. Check-in was very easy.The only ding was the pool pass. When we tried to use it, the staff at the pool staff said it was a very old pass and it could not work. fortunately, we didn’t really want to use the pool because it’s December but that pass should be updated..We would definitely stay here again as it was a great vacation.

Loved Fernandina Beach - A True Gem

Finding Nick's rental property at Fernandina Beach was such a wonderful surprise and what a gem it is. The condo is in a lovely area, with a fantastic view of the ocean, a beautiful and good sized deck, spacious common area - it was beautifully appointed and close to some restaurants and shopping. It was perfect and we hope to go back again one day. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Amazing First Visit to Amelia Island

We had an amazing time here. The property was everything we expected and the view was even better. We had no major issues what so ever, the one minor one was handled by our host immediately and efficiently and did not affect our stay at all! We will definitely return! Spring Break Stay

All in all, a very nice condo, comfortable, beach view, convenient to everything on Amelia and Fernandina Beach. Would appreciate stocking with light bulbs (some were out, and we are all avid readers). Thanks for the supply of beach chairs and toys.

Amazing view and great house

Our family of 5 had a blast at this wonderful home. The beach was so close I was comfortable letting my kids come back and fourth. And the view .... wow outstanding! We got to fall asleep listening to the waves every night. There was everything we needed available to us in the home for a perfect stay and I can’t imagine choosing another place for our next visit. On top of all this ... communication and personality of home owner couldn’t have been better.

Outside view was great

When family entered the condo they were met with 51 degree temps inside. Would be nice for management to factor weather conditions and make sure heat is on when necessary. Also of concern was a shower head in the second bathroom coated with mold. No one in our family took a shower in this bathroom during the visit. Was the view as advertised? Indeed it was! Gorgeous! With more attention to cleanliness and comfort this condo would have had the potential to receive e a 5 star rating.

Just What We Were Looking For!

We really enjoyed this property. We have stayed at other places along the Summer Beach area, but for the value this one was the best! In terms of outfitting the property. It was the little things like a plethora of beach "toys" and beach towels. The kitchen was well outfitted with dishes glassware, pots and pans, coffee maker, measuring cups/spoons. The great touches were coffee filters, salt and pepper, cooking oil, olive oil, baking soda, and vinegar. And you know the owners were thoughtful when the toilet paper is better than what we buy. Each of the bathrooms came with plenty towels, soaps and shampoos. In all the owners thought of everything that would make our stay fantastic! So what about the location and view. The unit's building fronts on the dunes that separate the beach from all the properties - you can't get any closer. The 2nd and 3rd floor views of the Atlantic Oceans from the deck and the rooms on that side of the unit are totally unhindered, and the night stars are quite visible because light pollution is very low for this property. The walk to the beach from the unit is quite easy for this 70 years old man. We did not use the community pool because we favored the beach, but it looked nice the one time I walked by. Thank you, Nick, for offering this property - we will be back!

Would be perfect with just a little tweaking

The location :100 STARS! Just steps from the beach. The views are million dollar. One complaint was the beds were rock hard and two of our party had sore backs from the mattresses. Some folks like firm beyond firm mattresses so that is a personal choice. The main area furniture wasn't very comfortable, but we only gathered there in the evenings. Three small things, that were minor inconveniences/easy fixes from property management would make this rental a first class "Hotel feel"- The towels were really threadbare. A trip to Walmart for $12 towels would make your guests feel like they were special, instead of not worthy of decent bath and beach towels. The tile shower floors were quite slippery, which is common for tile, but a grab bar or non-slip mat for older clients would be a safe option to prevent slips and falls. The last thing- the coffeemaker lid was broken ( we didn't do it) which was a minor annoyance when trying to make morning coffee but as I said, small things. Overall, Location was everything- with a few upgrades to make renters feel special, when there are so very many rentals available on the island, yours could be the diamond among seashells.
