The spacious lounge room is situated toward the rear of the house, opening onto the deck and pool. The kitchen is in the centre of the house offering great sight lines to the pool
and yard. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed and a large bathroom with shower is also on this level.

Upstairs boasts the main bedroom which has a king size bed, walk in robe and ensuite with bath. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has 2 king singles. Between Bedrooms
2 and 3 is another full bathroom with large shower.

The pavilion is a great space for extended family. It has a lounge area with a TV and table tennis table, and kitchenette. There are two bedrooms each with two king single beds
and another bathroom with shower.

There is a laundry in the main house with washer and dryer and outdoor clothesline. There is also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.
Just a wonderful space to chill out and relax for all the family.

Linen and bath towels are provided just bring your own beach towels.
