Sea Turtle Villa is a welcoming side-by-side duplex located just 50 yards from the ocean, offering a convenient and comfortable coastal escape. This 2-bedroom retreat is thoughtfully designed for relaxation and connection.

The upper living level features a bright, open-concept layout with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable seating area, dining space for gathering, and a convenient half bath that opens to an oceanside deck. The open design allows everyone to stay connected while enjoying time together.

Sleeping arrangements include a king master suite with a private bath and a queen bedroom that opens directly to a deck and shares a bath with hallway bunks, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests.

Guests have access to resort-style amenities, including a pool and spa, fish cleaning stations, private under-house entry, private parking, and outdoor hot and cold showers. Sea Turtle Villa is the ideal home base for your Hatteras Island getaway.

Wonderful offseason getaway

Going to OBX has been a bucket list destination for my wife and me. OBX and the property did not disappoint. Simple and fast communication and upon arrival, a very clean property with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Owner is very responsive as we had a running toilet that needed some TLC and it was repaired ASAP. Thanks for making it a relaxing time!

No frills with an amazing ciew

We added our 3 night stay as an addition before our week long beach rental up in Corolla. We could have been quite happy just staying! The view and beach access were perfect. The kids played in the “tide pools” and learned to skim board this year. They loved watching all the skim boarders and surfers. I would only say I wish the mattresses weren’t quite so firm and there were a few hooks in the bathrooms or around. We did make good use of the clothes line. We will definitely look at a stay next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice accommodations. Very clean and check-in and check-out were very easy. I even left two pairs of shoes in the closet, and they were mailed back within a week. Very good customer service and would totally stay here again! The only recommendation I have is to plus-up on the utensils and cooking supplies (e.g. pots, pans, cutting boards, etc.).

The villa was clean and all the utensils in the kitchen were available and cleaned prior to arrival. The place smelled fresh and the view from the deck, even though it was partial, it was scenic. The staff was sweet and offered us to look at other available units on arrival that had opened up, not many places allow you to do that. The place had a relaxed homey feeling. Will definitely stay again. Recommend to boom way in advance for peak season, they fill up fast.

My first year was 1997, but my Wife's family have been going there for 35+ years. We consider this our home away from home. This was the first year that we ever went down in the off season. We decided at the last minute to celebrate New Year's on The Beach. What we love about Lighthouse View is that you don't need to worry about packing sheets. bath towels, etc. Everything is included in the unit. The properties are well kept and just what we need. Can't wait to go back in June.

Fantastic experience

What a great vacation! This was the perfect place for my family to stay and the location is awesome! You have a great view of the ocean even though it isn't considered "oceanfront", and we could easily walk to the beach. The management explained that they had not been able to complete the remodel before our stay (due to delays with contractors, materials, etc.), but everything was still lovely. The dishwater is dated, and one of the racks was broken, but I believe this was on the list of things to replace. No matter, it still cleaned the dishes... and better than our new model at home. We made a few minor requests, and management addressed then within a matter of hours (water to outdoor shower turned on, a missing knob for one of the new lamps, a plug for the bathtub so my little one could take a bath). The pool and hot tub were even open, which I did not expect. My kids enjoyed being able to swim and didn't seem to care that the water was cold. Thanks for such great accommodations! We will absolutely be back!

Always clean, fairly well stocked kitchens in the cottage and "condo" options. Check in/out is a breeze. Rooms are always clean and comfy and they've all been recently updated. There is nothing negative to say. We love staying here and they have some of the best prices for what you get in the area.

Our son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter were visiting us from Austria, so it was a very special trip for all of us. The staff was so accommodating, so friendly. Our beach house was so clean and inviting. Our view was amazing, from our balcony we could see both the ocean and the sound side. Our son and his family travel all over Europe but he said this was by far, the best trip ever. Hopefully, we would like to plan a trip sometime in the future to include the rest of our family for a big reunion. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. We would highly recommend Lighthouse View and give you six stars if we could....

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our experience was overall wonderful. We have stayed in these homes every year for the past 6 years. My one huge recommendation would be to upgrade the bedspreads and the mattress. The mattress on the bigger beds are very uncomfortable and have had the same spread on the beds they did 3 years ago. As well I would recommend attaching the Tables under the TV to the walls. We have a one year old and every time he barley touched one it was ready to fall on top of him.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my fourth staying at this rental properties but I have never have this experienced except my last stayed. The bathroom in the king bed room smell terrible and I found dried urine around the toilet. Another issue I experienced is that the carpet on the first floor next to the bunker and the step going up to the kitchen smelled like dog or dog urine.

Only major concern we had was the safety of the outside stairs and upper level porch, there were loose wobbly railings, loose railing spindles fluttering in the wind(Visible on other units as well), exposed raised nail heads and loose boards on floor and stair treads etc.. These issues made us uncomfortable for our safety and especially our 2 year old granddaughter

The beach was the most beautiful we've experienced in our years staying throughout Obx. The water was so clear and the sand bar was amazing and so nice for the kids. Also, we loved how conveniently located we were. Lots of walkable resturaunts and stores! House was clean and decks were nice.
