Este dúplex espacioso lado a lado con vista al mar ofrece una de las mejores vistas de la propiedad, así como el gran acceso a la playa. Cada dúplex tiene tres dormitorios, incluyendo un maestro con la reina, baño privado y terraza, y un dormitorio de la reina y dormitorio con dos individuales que comparten un baño de pasillo. Este plan de planta inversa tiene la cocina, comedor, medio baño y sala de estar en el nivel superior, que se abre a la cubierta del lado del océano. Disfrute del café de la mañana mientras observa el juego de los delfines en el surf! Sunrise cuenta con entrada bajo la casa, estacionamiento, un área de lavandería para cada unidad, y duchas afuera caliente / fría en el nivel del suelo. Annual Buxton gathering

Perfect

I went with my 8 year old daughter 11 year old nephew and 13 year old niece and her friend. It was awesome. So greatful for the washer and dryer. Who knew teenage girls changed their clothes so much. Beach was perfect. House was well appointed as far as the kitchen went. I love to cook and only downfall was no pot holders but i bought some while we were there. It wasnt super populated which was perfect for me. Everyone was super nice. Our last night we had a fire and made s'mores on the beach. Decks views sound of the ocean. We will definitely be back again.

Awesome Vacation Rental

Our family vacation in April 2022

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been vacationing in the Outer Banks for 10+ years now and almost always at the Lighthouse View. This was our first time we came down in the spring time. Very pleasant weather, daytime temps in the 60's and 70's. The fishing was good, the Red Drums were biting!! The ocean temp is not up to a comfortable swimming temp at this time of the year. The property was clean and the kitchen was fairly well equipped. Very convenient to have access to the street level washer and dryer. Furnishings were clean and comfortable. Some areas of improvement include: The WiFi network, is inadequate, the strength was poor which resulted in having to endure almost constant buffering when watching the morning news or evening television (My husband was a bit upset that the Spectrum TV streaming package did not include Fox News). The parking area under the property was covered in sand (1 to 3 inches), my husband spent a few hours the first morning shoveling sand to avoid dragging it all into the house and vehicles and to have a clear path to the laundry. The road (Oramar) to get to the house is BAD (I mean BAD!) pot holes and broken concrete galore and is covered with 2 to 3 inches (or more) of water every time it rains hard. All in all, still a nice vacation spot.

We liked the new updates since we were there last. We have stayed at the Lighthouse View since 1993 and 4xs. We've seen where the lighthouse used to be, when you could see it down the coast, and how much the beach has changed over the years. I love LHV. It feels like a very familiar relaxing and peaceful place to stay. I long to to go back.

OBX 2021 Summer Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Easy checkin. Parking under-house tight for Minivan, but made it work. Outdoor parking spots good. Easy access inside and to the beach. Plenty of storage for beach gear under house or in laundry room. Rooms good size for 1wk vacation. Open concept top floor very functional. Minor issues = 1. Wifi adequate, but had drop-offs throughout house especially at main TV. 2. Fridge missing a main shelf limiting storage, but we made it work for us. 3. Most windows couldn't close completely, likely due to age as visible deterioration seen at lacking mechanism and or lack of locks which made noise control from outside a challenge especially in room next to A/C condensers. Unit will be on our list for our return.

Reviewer Comments: Overall had a great time. Location was great and the layout of the unit was nice. The unit could have been a bit cleaner and maintenances better. Filters were filthy when we checked in. When we called they came immediately to replace. Two pickets on the top deck were not secure and the handle to the sliding door broke off. I marked all with tape so they could fix. Upstairs level was updated nicely. Downstairs bedrooms could be updated. For the money though, it was okay. Views and location were priceless!

Sunrise in paradise

Our families (42 of us) were scattered around the campus in five different units. We were a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed campfires on the beach at night. The only interaction we had with the staff was handled by maintenance ASAP. Everything was done by text. The unit was exactly as pictured. Stocked with everything we needed, was clean. We enjoyed the beach the most. Angelos pizza and arcade was great too. Ocracoke was a bust with a 3 hr ferry wait going and coming back. Not sure what happened. That was a Wednesday. We drove to Corolla to see the horses, Duck was just too crowded for me. Loved all the lighthouses.

There are lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance and you can see the Hatteras Lighthouse beacon while setting on the deck at night. LOVE IT!!

We had an issue the first night and the front office made it right the next day without question; this goes a long way in my opinion. As a business owner in Va. Short Winter Escape

We had a wonderful stay. Beautiful house in an awesome location. We cooked at home every night and it had everything we needed. The sound of the I ean at night was relaxing. We will definately be coming back again soon

Lighthouse View Stay in November

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the stay was nice. The accommodations were excellent, clean, and had all needed kitchen appliances and utensils. My only complaint would be the lack of beach at high tide. Several of the beach front homes are currently unrentable due to the water line. I saw people fishing off of their decks. If I had planned on fishing there I would have been very disappointed as there were only a few likely spots.

Sunrise Cottage

We really enjoyed our stay. This property is steps away from the beach. You can view sunrise and sunset from balcony. Gorgeous! And view of beach is great! We enjoyed the adirondack chairs on balcony a lot. Condo was clean and met our expectations. Loved our stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hands down, Lighthouse View is the best reality company in OBX. The house was exactly as described. It was CLEAN. I have rented from another realty company and have spent several hours cleaning the kitchen. The only thing was I would have liked to have a more convenient place to take recycling. We had to go to the recycling center down the street to drop off our recycling.
