The open plan air-conditioned living and dining areas have high raked ceilings with an abundance of natural light flooding through the floor to ceiling windows. The living area has a Smart TV and comfortable furnishings and the bonus of unlimited Wi-Fi, all this enveloped within a serene setting.

Begin your day with a refreshing dip in the communal swimming pool, then challenge your fellow guests to a lively match on the on-site tennis court. After a day of fun-filled activities, relax in the heated communal spa or watch your favourite films on the big screen TV.

All bedrooms have split system air conditioning, ceiling fans, TV's and located on the top level. Bedroom one houses a Queen size bed, bedroom two boasts a Double bed, while bedroom three comes equipped with two Single bunk beds. The bathroom is a three-way design giving you a bath and shower area, vanity area and separate toilet.


Whip up a quick breakfast in the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, oven, toaster, and microwave. The open dining space is perfect for enjoying meals together as a group. In addition, the holiday rental comes equipped with a BBQ set in the alfresco courtyard, perfect for those evenings when you want to dine in.

The townhouse has a private internal laundry on the lower level, it is fitted with a top loading washing machine and dryer and also provides access to a second courtyard area, with clothes line and double lock up garage (5.1m deep x 2.1m high a 5.9m wide).

A quick two-minute walk and you are at Little Beach which is known for the calm waters for children to swim and paddle board, Little Beach also provides picnic tables, free BBQ facilities, toilet facilities and the boat ramp - making this is the ideal location for a family child friendly beachside holiday.

Parking is easy, with two garage spaces available and street parking if necessary. For your convenience, this prime holiday rental provides Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washer/dryer, and even table tennis facilities, making it a perfect choice for a fun family getaway or a friend gathering.
