Set on a large section, this open-plan bach offers everything you need for your summer getaway. Equipped with all the mod-cons, whipping up breakfast is an easy feat in the bright kitchen, and on those warm summer evenings, dine alfresco with the catch of the day on the large BBQ.

Sun or shade? This property has you covered, with retractable awnings, so catch a tan or keep cool on the spacious deck. Fancy a stroll? The emerald seas and white sands of Cooks Beach are just 400m from your home away from home!

If you are feeling adventurous, take a short 15-minute drive to Hot Water Beach, and dig your very own spa pool. Other local attractions include; Hahei beach, Cathedral Cove and several stunning bushwalks and beaches.

All guests should take extra care on the deck as there is no barrier to prevent falls.

Please be aware the sleepout at this property is accessed externally, and the second bathroom is in the sleepout.

Good but could be great

We had a really good time at Sundaze Escape. The house is lovely, just as per the photos and very well stocked with kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware. However, a handbook for the bach, use of appliances etc. would have been very helpful. Even turning on the hob was a matter of trial and error! A couple of bedside lamps would avoid the need to read in bed using the torch on your phone. Otherwise a great place to stay.

New Modern Stay with Great Porches

This property is very new and modern. The living area is open and the porches and sliding doors make it feel quite large. The yard is nice and it is walkable to the beach. We had some troubles with our visit though. In general, the rental could benefit from some better instructions for visitors. There is no driveway and it's not clear where you should park, despite the listing saying that there is parking. We called the company and after about an hour they let us know we should just park in the grass. Then we had some difficultly getting the stove to work; it's a glass cooktop that apparently locks and you must hold down multiple buttons to unlock. The beds weren't very comfortable and the bedrooms are very small. We were only provided with three towels for the entire stay and the property doesn't have a dryer, not an ideal situation. There are no trash cans anywhere beside the kitchen so that means that all bathroom trash must be carried out of the bathroom across the living area to the kitchen trash, also not an ideal situation. This is a nice property but I feel that the company managing it should make some changes to make the property more comfortable for renters.
