Property was clean. Smelled a little musty but that's normal for Japan. Easy access to several places to eat and a Lawson's nearby and Family Mart down the road. Shower was slow draining probably clogged some with hair. Shower fan was either weak or didn't work. Easy check-in and good communication from owner. Air-con was nice and cold. Thanks!
