This was our third time staying at the property. It's smart, clean, spacious, very well-equipped and in a great location. Since our previous visit, the main bathroom has been very nicely renovated.

Nice house on the Bay side of Port Orange

Really efficient property in Port Orange. Right next to a nice breakfast place and the do jet ski/boat rentals on the same street. Really good place.

Jeep beach getaway

This is our 2nd time staying here. We love that there’s room for parking, in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything. The house is clean and the beds are super comfy! Host is great.

Good place in Daytona Beach Shores

Place was clean, beds made and plenty of clean towels. Good water pressure and hot water. Washer and dryer in the garage. Placed was sprayed for pests before we came but still found 1 bug in the sink at night. Internet was spotty in the bedrooms. Very quiet neighborhood. Would stay again.

Beach and Baseball

The property is exactly as advertised. It was perfect for our needs. Quiet neighborhood family friendly with lots of people out and about walking their dogs. The house was neat and clean with a well equipped kitchen. We truly enjoyed our stay and would return to this property again.

Great Little House

We couldn't fault our stay in this great little house. It was exactly as described and as in the photos. The house is well equipped, and we had no issues during our stay. It's located in a quiet residential street, yet only two blocks from the beach and the businesses of A1A.We've stayed in nearby condos before, so enjoyed having the privacy and extra indoor/outdoor space that a house provides. We'd definitely consider staying here again, if it's available.

The house was great

The house was located in a good area, exactly as described in the listing. We noticed that the bedrooms, specifically the master bedroom, smelled of mold. We believe it was coming from the dresser in the room as it appeared to be an antique. That was the only issue; otherwise, we would definitely stay there again. One of our guests has allergies, and it affected her somewhat.

Great place & great location

Greg was a pleasure to deal with! He answered all question quickly and thoroughly! We were arriving extremely late on our 1st day and he made sure that our entrance into the home was smooth, he also had some drinks for us in the house already, which was fantastic after a long day of travel. We were roughly 20 mins away from track & airport, a quick Uber ride. The house in across the street from a fantastic restaurant, Pat’s cafe. Their breakfast was perfect and we could walk there! The house itself was warm and inviting, you can tell he cares about his place. Water pressure was fantastic in the bathroom, not always the case in FL. Cute backyard and loved the sunroom. You won’t regret getting this rental!

Perfect and Quiet

I loved this place. I stayed here for a short time to attend a wedding. It's close to everything. Most of the beaches were closed but still enjoyed my stay. Love the little touches that made me feel like I was home. I felt that the neighborhood was very safe.
