The Space:

This beautiful condo is perfect for a family or groups traveling to the vacation capital of the world and to visit Disney and surrounding theme parks. The condo is located in a large resort community called Vista Cay by Millenium is one of the best condo resorts in the area because they specialize in premium, personalized service with luxury amenities. You’ll be greeted as if you were in a resort. The moment you arrive, a concierge and front desk staff are at your service.



The main spaces of the condo:

- Second-floor condo with a private terrace/balcony with cushioned seating

- Open-plan living room with a comfy couch and lounging area with a TV.

- The dining room space has an awesome table that can seat six people.

- There is a very modern and fully-equipped kitchen with quality appliances like refrigerator/freezer, oven/stovetop, microwave, coffee maker and all you’d ever need to make a nice meal at home!

- 3 bedrooms: 1 king-sized bed in the master w/a private en suite bathroom, another bedroom with a queen-sized bed and one with two single/twin beds. All rooms have desks and TVs in them. And there is another full bathroom accessible from the hallway.

- The bathrooms are spacious and modern with new fixtures and separate tub and shower in each.

- Washer/dryer in the unit.

The condo is in a family-friendly community surrounded by Florida’s lush beauty and tranquil views. It’s a warm relaxing getaway place.



Vista Cay offers incredible resort-style amenities like a clubhouse, pools, poolside bar, BBQ pits and picnic tables, a theater room, an arcade and game room, billiard tables, kids splash pool and playground, a fitness center, sports courts, a sundries shop, and an awesome two-mile jogging trail along the lake.

The condo is about 15 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and is located within the Vista Cay Resort community. Other Things to Note:

1 out of 2 pools is currently out of service until January 2025.



The pool heating service is only available from November to the end of April.



This 1247-square-foot condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and can accommodate 6 guests.



Wifi, SmartTV w/cable, parking, bed linens, and towels are provided free for all guests during your stay.



There is no daily housekeeping service but a mid-stay cleaning service can be requested for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance so we can coordinate.



The condo is located in a community that provides 24/7 gated security. This property uses surveillance cameras on the resort premises. Cameras are strictly for security reasons and guest safety and they are all facing outdoor areas.



Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc. prior to check-in. You can pick these items up at a nearby supermarket.



We do provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like: paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, trash bags in all trash cans, and a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom.



Additional supplies must be purchased by the guest.



There will be 2 cards access cards for the resort amenities, if they are lost or misplaced 80 USD per card will be charged through Airbnb or deducted from the security deposit. upon your check out, please leave the card where you found it.



Early check in subject to availability with an additional fee.



HOUSE RULES

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.

- Please avoid moving furniture

- Pets are not allowed.



Interaction with Guests:

You can check yourself in using the electronic keypad on the door. All the access codes need will be provided 24 hours before your arrival.
