COVE POINTE is a beautiful log home with a magnificent dock located in Rumbling Bald Resort(the dock is closed for repairs). Offering 2,700 square feet of living space, this 4BR/2.5BA log home is a fabulous Lake Lure retreat! Grill out on your elegant deck and unwind on an impressive private dock that many would call perfect! The prestigious Rumbling Bald Resort amenities include pools, a fitness center, trails, tennis courts, golf courses, a private beach, restaurants, and more!

Living Area: The Great Room possesses lofty ceilings and a gas fireplace with a floor-to-ceiling stone surround viewable from the comfortable and centrally located sofa. A half bath is easily accessible from here, as well as access to one of the decks. Step down to the sun-soaked reading nook and cozy up with a good book; frankly, regardless of the weather or time of day, this unique home amenity is sure to please. The lower-level family room includes a 50” TV, a sofa, and a table for four that you are sure to find convenient for work, study, or memorable conversations.

Kitchen and Dining: Cooking is fun and easy in the spacious kitchen, featuring newer appliances and ample counter space. Serve appetizers at the kitchen bar with seating for four, and sit down to meals at the dining table for eight just adjacent.

Bed and Bath: This three-story home sleeps nine guests in four bedrooms. The loft area is considered the master bedroom with a king bed and twin if traveling with little ones. The loft has a private bath and a comfortable relaxation nook that leads to a lake-view balcony. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, while the third and fourth bedrooms each offer a queen bed and deck access. The guest bathroom has a new walk-in shower, and a half bath provides added convenience.

Waterfront Outdoor Areas: The wraparound patio is detailed with bistro tables. Barbecue on the four-burner gas grill, then dine al fresco on the picturesque side deck. Pack a picnic and head to your private dock, which features several loungers and enough clearance to dock your boat! Rumbling Bald Resort amenities include shared indoor/outdoor pools, a fitness center, a shared spa, tennis courts, golf courses, restaurants, a marina, a boat launch, and a private beach.

There is complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for three vehicles in the driveway. This home has internet suitable for average work and social needs, but like most homes in the region, this rental is not best suited for guests with heavy internet needs during their stay. Kayaks, canoes, SUP, and pontoon boats can be rented from The North Shore Cabana from Memorial Day through Thanksgiving.
