Our home is in Mill Spring on Lake Adger. So many things to do in our beautiful North Carolina! A beautiful brand new coastal style home with 180 lake views and access! A Tesla charger equipped home light and bright home with amazing views. This almost 4000 sq foot 6 bedroom, 7 beds, 4.5 bathrooms, has a large eat in kitchen with an open floorplan, there are two living room areas a ping pong table and a 12 foot long bar. This home is truly an entertainers Paridise, a large open kitchen fully stocked with lots of counter space and countertops also including 2 full size ovens and a large farmhouse sink. With 10 seats at the dinner table, 4 seats at the bar and 5 seats at the patio table, 19 people can sit and dine at the same time.

Lots to do directly on the lake including fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, hot tubing, and swimming, along with a stocked outdoor fire pit. The neighborhood offers a 14 miles of groomed hiking trails. With many more options off property including local wineries, breweries, the Biltmore Castle, the Tryon equestrian center, lots of Golf resorts, snow skiing, snow tubing, summer tubing,, white water rafting, Apple picking farms, zip lining, horseback riding and many more local activities.

Beautiful house in the mountains and was the perfect place to stay for my son’s wedding weekend. Stacey was very accommodating with allowing us to check in early and responded very quick with any questions I had. I highly recommend staying here when you are in the area.

It was my second time renting this beautiful home with a group, and our stay was just as great as the first. It’s hard to choose what is best about this house but the view from almost every room is wonderful. The beds are all comfortable and the living/kitchen area is perfect for cooking, eating and hanging out as a group. The property is quiet and peaceful. Reading on the dock and having an outdoor fire was so nice. Stacey is easy to communicate with and very attentive to your needs. The home is an easy drive to Chimney Rock, Lake Lure, Black Mountain, the Biltmore and the Asheville Airport. I am already anticipating my 3rd stay!

Wonderful place for families

Stayed with friends for a family get together, I must this place is the cleanest one I have ever seen with nice backyard and lots of space. Entertainment with Apple TV and Netflix and nice music systems.

Peaceful Bliss

Our stay was wonderful. The home was roomy and comfortable. The lake view was serene and I imagine in the summer it would awesome opportunities for fishing, swimming and other activities. Great place for family or friends to stay and enjoy western North Carolina.

Ideal Family Getaway

Great stay for the whole family at this beautiful, well-stocked and cozy house – location and amenities combine peaceful get-away with plenty to do at the lake and nearby so that everyone in the family gets what they want from the trip. Plenty of thoughtful touches and direct, helpful communication with the owners make this house far more hospitable than the average rental – a lovely getaway and we would happily visit here again.

Great relaxing weekend for a good sized group

Beautiful house inside and out. Fairly private location on a quiet lake. Very spacious house with a lovely back porch and lake access. If you’re trying to find a place to spend a weekend with your friends/family and get away from it all this is your place.

Lovely Lake Home

We had the loveliest stay here. Comfortably slept 13 people. The house was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well stocked and made for some wonderful shared meals. Would definitely recommend staying here for your next lake trip! A big plus was the paddleboards & boats made available for us.

Lake Adger Labor Weekend

The house and property was everything we expected and so much more! The house had tons of space for 3 families. We had room to spread out with all 6 bedrooms! The lake front property was amazing and everyone enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards and floating mat! Host Stacey was responsive with all questions we had and check in was a breeze! I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a beautiful, clean and quiet lake front property!

Fun weekend getaway with friends …

Our group of 8 friends had a wonderful stay at this home. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated, and the property was just gorgeous with lovely lake views. We enjoyed the porches, the backyard fire pit, and the ping pong table. Great location close to wineries and hiking. The host was very responsive to any questions that came up.

Fathers day

The stay was awesome! We loved the family room/kitchen area for hanging out, playing games and doing a puzzle on the huge table. The lake was beautiful and enjoyed paddle boarding and kayaking the lake. We brought our own life jackets and fishing rods and would recommend that for others. Kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms were roomy too. Hoping we can make it back for another long weekend.

Perfect Birthday Getaway

We surprised our mom for her 70th birthday and brought her here for two days. The house was stunning, clean, spacious, and had everything we needed! We spent quality time together around the fire pit and huge kitchen table. The lake was gorgeous and from beginning to end, we relaxed and enjoyed celebrating Gammy. We would recommend this home to anyone. The owner was easily accessible and lovely.

Perfect Getaway!

This was our second stay at this lovely home! It is roomy, well appointed, and conveniently located on the lake that is just a short distance from the house...not steep with many stairs like those close by. The photos are accurate and Stacey, the host, is so kind and easy to work with. Our family, ages 74-3, all had a great time as this house is comfortable and lends itself to fun indoor activities also. We will return and whole heartedly recommend this home and host!

Summer ‘24

My son is not a beach fan so we decided to try a family vacation in the mountains. I had a friend who vacationed in ‘23 on Lake Lore so we looked in that area and found Lake Point. The house is on a beautiful wooded lot just steps from Lake Adger. The home was beautiful and immaculately clean. It was perfect for a family with the large dining table and open areas. It would be a perfect couple vacation spot as well as a girls retreat. I can’t say enough good about the house, location and attention to detail.

We had such an amazing weekend

This house was amazing and made our big group (14 people, with 7 kids ranging from 3-11) trip so much fun. The house was clean, large enough for 14, and the amenties (lake, firepit, hot tub, finished basement, etc) made for an unforgetable trip. The lake is very quiet, with a limit on what types of motors, that we spent most of the day in the lake. The lily pad was amazing, the included kayaks and paddle boards were so fun too. The host was very responsive and great as well. I would definately recommmend this house and maybe we'll book it again next year too!

We just wanted to introduce ourselves, we are the W,s we have been married for 17 years and we have 3 children. We are Florida residents and have built this home to enjoy in our off time as well as use it for retirement........one day. We have always dreamt of owning a vacation home on a lake. Being from Florida water life is important to us.

We just fell in love with this magical property. Being that we have 3 school age children it is not always that easy to jump in the car and travel 8 hours so this is why we rent it from time to time. Stacey has an interior designer background and you will see it reflected in our gorgeous home.

Things we love to do here.

In the Summer boating, fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, jumping off frog rock-close to the house, cruising the lake and enjoying the waterfall. When we leave the lake we love tubing, ziplining, waterfall hiking, white water rafting, hiking, and enjoying Asheville.

In the Winter we love to snow tube, have fires outside and roast marshmallows and also take a day trip to skiing nearby.

Local attractions are the Tryon Equestrian Center, Wineries, the Biltmore Castle, Asheville, and Greenville.

A beautifully maintained HOA neighborhood has 14 miles of groomed trails, the lake is 400 ish acres with 14 miles around of beautiful fresh water, our lot is 2 acres so houses are very private and spaced out! The weather is exceptional cool most evenings and warm in the summer days, cool in the winter with low humidity. Between Mountain View's and water views you will be completely in love with this neighborhood and town.

Luxurious furniture home was designed with an interior designer including attention to details from light fixtures to bedding. The home has stunning views from all bedrooms- except the bunk room. 3 King size bedrooms with full attached on suites, 2 queen bedrooms and a full over full bunk bedroom. 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a bar and ping pong table. Back yard has a hot tub fire pit and lots of water toys!
