This bright and tastefully decorated Townhome is located at well maintained Sea Shell in the quaint beach town of Indian Shores, just a few steps away from the beautiful sandy beach. Living area with tasteful furnishings, dining room with a table for 4, breakfast bar and the nicely appointed, fully equipped kitchen, all overlooking a wonderful outdoor balcony with comfortable seating to enjoy the luscious landscape. Enjoy your morning coffee watching the wildlife for a great start to your day. The Main bedroom features a comfy King Sized Bed with an en-suite bath. The 2nd bedroom is equipped with a Queen Sized Bed plus Twin Sized Bunk beds. The split floor plan offers privacy and is great for a group of friends or a family. This amazing place also feature free WiFi and a full size washer/dryer in the condo. Please note: There is no elevator at this property.

The beach is within easy walking distance from this location. You can also relax on a comfy lounge chair with a good book at the beautiful, sparkling pool (heated in the winter) on site. If you like to fish, no reason to leave - there's a private fishing dock and kayak launch at the property. Parking is available for 2 cars.

We know the main attraction here are the calm clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico and its sugar-white shores where you can swim, sunbathe, beachcomb, and relax as you please. However, there are endless places, restaurants, and activities at laid back Indian Shores you must try while staying here. Nearby you can find a handful of incredible restaurants and cool hangouts such as DJ’s Clam Shack, Mahuffers, The Dog and Parrot Beach Pub, and more! If you venture out, you will find John’s Pass Village just a few miles to the South which is filled with shopping, water activities and entertainment for all. For a thrilling experience visit Busch Gardens in Tampa, approximately an hour drive away, or hit the Disney parks and all the other Orlando attractions in just 2 hours. You won’t run out of things to do here!!

Quiet and close to the beach

Very quiet location - 3 minute walk to the beach access- highly recommend and will go back next year- if you want quiet and relaxing I would recommend

Home away from home

Great place to stay. We love staying in these groups of condos. Pool is clean and warm, house is nice. Rooms/bathroom clean, kitchen and living area clean. The only thing we noticed was how creeky the stairs are and there is a dip in the hall way on main floor which took us by surprise. We would gladly stay here again!!!

Family fun vacation

There were a couple things that needed attention but due to the hurricane it was expected and fixed right away. The fishing pier was awesome and we spent a lot of time there. The dolphins that passed by and the manatee that swam in the back bay area off the pier was amazing. We splashed the manatee with a hose that was there for the cleaning station and the manatee came to the surface for a drink. This should be added as a must see amenity as it was amazing to see. Had a great time.

We had a rest with our family from April 30 to May 5. The location is convenient, near a shop where you can buy everything you need, the sea is a 5-minute walk away. But, the owners should pay attention to the sink in the bedroom, it is clogged and the water does not go away, earlier in the reviews they already wrote about it, the front panel of the dishwasher is in terrible condition, the refrigerator from the outside was dirty, the carpet floor is very old, otherwise everything was not bad, they paid attention to the snow-white sheets and towels .

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I loved being on the Intercoastal, we have always stayed on the beach so this was a nice change, er saw Dolphins everyday. House was very clean and nicely decorated. Couple things we didn't like was the couch said it was a pull out, it wasn't, the master bed legs were wrapped for obvious reasons, the middle leg sticking out cut my toe and my sons foot, the pool was super crowded, almost all the time and we could only use one bathroom because one bathroom was leaking into the living room.

Great location
.but no pool!

The pool is being renovated and it is both an eye sore and inoperable. If you are booking based on a pool on the property for kids, make certain the pool has been replaced before booking. We got lucky and the weather was very warm in December so we could splash in ocean waves, but the kids were really looking forward to a pool. I felt like the listing should have been changed or we should have been notified that the pool wasn’t working in advance so we could have booked some where else.

It is an older unit that needs some updating (laundry doors wouldn't close, stained bedroom carpet. Etc...). We experienced a brief issue with the AC unit, but my husband was able to fix... it would've been helpful if we had garage access and beach accessories to use (ie,Beach wagon or cart, bikes, etc...) as most others did in complex. Overall nice complex and great area 3

Ants in the kitchen and a dead roach in the living room (at least it was dead!). The management company did try and address the internet but it was on the home owner's side they said. We were out alot so not a dealbreaker. Overall nice place and super convenient. Also loved the private fishing dock.

Not as advertised per pictures - Needs Upgraded & things broken

Cons - trim on floor in kitchen kept coming up, only one burner on stove worked, closet door to washer and dryer did not close, master bathroom sink no water pressure, toliet downstairs hard to flush, carpets in bedrooms very badly stained and need replaced and no access to garage. Much more needs upgraded but not going to list all.Pros - First day right after getting groceries had leak in refrig. That went all over floor. Called for maint and Levi was out within an hour to fix. He was great! Having pool right outside door and washer and dryer a plus! Couch’s and master bed very comfortable.

Dirtiest and uncared for condo ever.

We love Florida and have vacationed there for 50 years. This was the worst condo experience in all those years. On arrival we found dirty dishes in the dishwasher, dirty kitchen floor that hadn’t even been swept, crusty stovetop and dishwasher, dirty bedroom carpeting that hadn’t been vacuumed, a bathroom sink that didn’t drain and had only a trickle of water with no pressure, a mixing valve in the shower that was loose and worn out, a refrigerator that didn’t work properly and had water dripping into the vegetable bins, a broken piece of wood between the entrance tile and the wood floor, a cracked floor tile in the bathroom that broke off and was loose and finally, small flies that infested the entire condo. We got to know the maintenance people, as they had to repair something almost every day. They delivered an apartment size refrigerator and left it in the middle of the kitchen floor. It was too small to hold all of our food. A few days later a large new refrigerator was delivered. What a relief! The maintenance staff was nice and did the best they could with the condition of the things they were trying to fix. Most of the problems came from items that need to be replaced rather than patched. All in all a disappointing experience.

Reviewer Comments: Booked this townhome for our family of five for a three night stay. The location of the townhome was great, easy access to beach, close to the pool. We were pleased with the amount of space in the townhome, plenty of beds, seating, etc. We were extremely disappointed with the cleanliness, however. I understand it is a busy season and the time for cleaning/turnover between renters is small. However, it appeared our floors were not vacuumed, appliances were not wiped down. We found items under the bed from previous tenants, large stains on the carpets and broken tiles in the bathroom. One other disappointment was the lack of beach chairs for guest use. Reached out to rental company about these matters (as directed to on the website) and received no response. We enjoyed our vacation, but will chose another accommodation in the future.

Great Family Vacation Rental

I’ll start off by noting that I am biased in that I manage a small hotel. So the cleanliness just was not up to par. Having lived in Florida I am aware of the issue with insects and the effects of the ocean on a dwelling, but we were left with no ability to keep the place easily clean. We had no broom access, so I couldn’t clean up the floors, which drew in ants. I tried using the mop available, but just ended up pushing mess around. And then there were 2 large roaches. One dead behind the TV and a live one next to the unpatched hole in the ceiling. That being said, location was absolutely awesome. Loved the fishing dock on the waterway and access to beautiful beach across the street. Resort Rentals staff was absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful. Truly, above and beyond. Just spend a bit more time on cleaning and maintenance and you’ve got yourself a perfect place.
